Everything was clean and well maintained, but what stood out to me was the service. Outstanding support from all staff, and very high level of professionalism. Also we liked the area - very quiet in a nice area to walk with good shops and restaurants very close by - highly recommended.

Wonderful and beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. Staff was always kind and helpful especially the lovely gentleman who was in charge of breakfast each day. Breakfast was delicious too!! Close walk to restaurants and shops and museum area. Would highly recommend!!

Lovely hotel in a great location - very quiet, but right by a tram stop which takes you straight into the city centre. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was a lovely size and the bathroom in particular was beautiful! My only criticisms would be that the shower in our room.could use a door, and the lift wasn't great for someone with claustrophobia (like me!). However, those were minor and I would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Apollofirst boutique hotel. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. And we enjoyed the cafés and restaurants nearby.

Loved this hotel on a leafy Amsterdam suburban street (Apollollaan) close to the 24 tram stop with easy connections to Amsterdam Centraal Station and Leidesplein/Museums. The hotel had nice breakfasts, caring, respectful and helpful staff who were concerned that my wife was sick during much of our stay. Spacious rooms, lovely historic decor, quiet, hotel. I left a copy of my "Meeting" Anne Frank book for their library and for other guests to read. Dutch King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima have visited the hotel. Thank you for our stay.

Good location - a quiet street but very accessible for public transport, cafes/restaurants and important museums. Staff - very attentive and helpful, always available. Breakfast - fairly standard international breakfast menu of good quality, with additional options made available on request. Room - top floor single room perfectly adequate size for all practical needs but inevitably felt a little small and dark because of the layout of the roof space and window. Sometimes rather warm at night even with airconditioning on. Would visit again.

Needs some upgrading of linens in room products. A staff member should start a non gut at The Delphi to compare. Ritual products incl hair conditioner, free espresso drinks , snack pack on arrival, newer towels, fresher rooms. Also rooms were not very soundproof to hallways My checkin staff member was excellent, others varied.
