The location was great and walkable to city center. Staff was very helpful. The only negative was the bathroom - the shower has no door so water gets everywhere on the toilet and floor. We arrived on a very hot & humid day so very happy that the AC worked well.

Second time staying here great location and nice rooms. Staff are very friendly

Great hotel just a bit of a walk back to Central

Muy bien servido y excelente atención todos los inconvenientes se resuelven sin ningún problema gracias

The room was lovely and in an excellent location right by VondelPark. We arrived tired and were kindly received-staff went out of their way to help us with any needs (for example loaning us a fan to help cool the room when the A/C was struggling to keep up with the heat). The bed and pillows were quite comfortable, we appreciated the coffee pods and service, and we really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely book this property again when in Amsterdam.

Stains on sheets, aircon did not work on command and instead was on and off

Inmejorable desde la amabilidad en la recepción hasta el servicio de manutencion de la habitación. Excelente ubicacion con gran variedad de sitios para comer. Rapido acceso a traves del tram.

The building is older and the room was smaller, but it was in a very central location. I took public transportation once to go a bit out of the city. I walked everywhere else. The staff was great.

Location was great, right next to Vondelpark, in a very safe area. Notably, the air conditioning was excellent--I was actually cold at night, which was amazing during the heat wave. The manager and the receptionist during the day were friendly and nice, and helpful with recommendations for the area. Overall the room was fine. However, there were a lot of crumbs behind the nightstand where the plug was, as if they didn't vacuum at all. Also, I found 3 springtails/silverfish on the comforter, which grossed me out as I was trying to sleep. I had a misunderstanding with the night receptionist--he and I didn't understand each other when I asked for a taxi. He thought I called the taxi for 11 pm and I thought I called it for 11 am (which is when I needed it). He knocked at the door when the taxi arrived and was visibly upset with me and annoyed that he "had to" deal with the taxi company...I told him I would go down to the lobby and speak with the taxi company, but in the 5 minutes that it took me to get dressed, put shoes on, and go downstairs, he had already spoken to the taxi driver and dismissed them. I told the receptionist I would pay the taxi driver since he was there, but nothing I said was making the receptionist less upset with me. It was uncomfortable.

Overall a good hotel for the cost. Although there was no air conditioning in our room. The staff was very kind.
