Our stay at this hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, situated right across the street from Bayside Station, where the monorail whisks you straight to the Disney parks in minutes. No long drives or parking hassles, just an easy ride to the magic.
The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained and welcoming throughout. Dining was a highlight, with a wide variety of food options that catered to just about every taste in our group. Whatever you were in the mood for, there was something to satisfy.
What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the customer service. Every single person we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making us feel at home. The entire staff spoke English exceptionally well, which made communication effortless and added to how welcomed we felt during our stay.
We left feeling thoroughly taken care of and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Disney parks who wants comfort, convenience, and standout hospitality.
