Excellent hotel!

Our stay at Hidden Cave Hotel was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff exceeded our expectations. From the reception team to the breakfast and housekeeping staff, everyone delivered exceptional service and made us feel like part of their family. This doesn't feel like a hotel—it feels like visiting the home of dear friends. The hotel is beautifully decorated with an authentic cave theme, yet everything is spotless, comfortable, and incredibly well maintained. Every detail reflects care and hospitality. The breakfast is delicious and has the warmth of a homemade meal. It truly feels like having breakfast at home rather than in a hotel. A very special thank you to Mustafa. He welcomed us by carrying our luggage, greeting us by name as if we were longtime friends, and throughout our stay he was always attentive, kind, and eager to help with anything we needed. We will truly miss our conversations with him. The ladies who prepared breakfast and took care of the hotel were also incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive every single day. The location is perfect—just a few steps from the center of Göreme, making it easy to explore everything on foot. If we ever return to Cappadocia, we won't even consider staying anywhere else. This hotel meets the highest tourism standards. The location, amenities, staff and breakfast are all impressive. I will come again and stay again and highly recommend it.

We traveled to Goreme as a side trip from Istanbul. I had researched Capppadocia so I knew about cave hotels, however it was still an amazing sight when we walked into our beautiful room and it was indeed carved out from a cave! I don't think my mind was quite prepared for that. We arrived after a plane ride and car ride I was worried that we would have to wait for our room as it was only 10am. We were greeted and shown right up to our room , it had a King and a twin bed ( 3 of us travelling) and we were able to relax a bit before exploring. The room and bathroom were huge. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. From the moment we arrived we found the staff to be genuinely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was set up daily by 8:30 and was delicious. Plenty of healthy choices and some daily variety of breads, eggs, fruits, veg, cheese and olives. Hidden Cave's location is great... an easy few steps to the main street of Goreme. Don't miss out on watching the hot air balloons from the rooftop at 5:00 am each morning- its a truly magical sight! Beautiful room, delicious breakfast, wonderful location, awesome views from the terrace and amazing staff is the best way to describe our stay.

Room was super clean, the only thing and is probably because of the conservation of the structure, is the poor lights in the room. The staff was so kind, beginning with Mustafa at the reception desk and the girls who attended the dining room during the breakfast, which was excellent. We needed to do laundry during our stay and they did it for a very low cost the same day. The hotel is near of everything, places to eat and shopping. Recommended 100%. We will stay again definitely!!
