We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Gracery Shinjuku. The hotel and our room were both exceptionally clean, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we really appreciated being able to check in early for a small fee after our travels. It was a convenient option that helped us settle in and start enjoying our trip right away. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo.

Great location, nice rooms. The Godzilla head was not working and there was no "special" feature staying here being a Godzilla themed hotel. We did not book the more pricey Godzilla themed rooms, but there should have still been some decor in the other rooms representing the theme of the hotel.

The hotel is located two blocks from Shinjuku station. It’s central but very crowded. We stayed in other areas in Tokyo and didn’t see any trash covering the grounds like we did in Shinjuku. The hotel is older and not updated in the rooms. The lobby area is nice and all the staff there are super friendly. It’s a very large hotel, felt very franchised versus being a personal stay. Rooms were spacious for Japan.

Good location. Helpful staff. Only downside was the room size. I suggest getting a 2 bed room instead of the one bed for 2 people. There was no room for everyone one carry on suitcase so we had to climb over luggage to get in and out of the room. Bed was very hard. Room and hallway was all old smelling carpet. Otherwise, a great stay.

The staff are very friendly and know English. Everything is super clean, the food is amazing and the hotel is fun to be in. The Godzilla head is closed for obvious reasons but other than that, best hotel to stay in Japan!
