Nice location. Close to transportation i both trains, subways metro line nearby about 4 minutes and Asakusa station is about 7 minutes walk. and bus stop just infront of the hotel. Many shops and conviniences nearby. The staff are very polite with excellent customer services. The room is neat and efficient, though.small but is common in most Tokyo hotels. The hotel provides towels and pyjamas daily and collect trash out the room daily. The only minus is the undulating steps towards the main entrance of the hotel is inconvenient to guests with luggage. This should be looked to ease guest movement into and outside the hotel. Apart from that it is a nice hotel and can link any part of Tokyo and Japan easily. The air conditioning in my room was working fine Please keep.it up with your services and best of luck.

Small but well appointed room. Lots of toiletries and clean towels daily. I was sad I could not use the onsen due to my tattoos. I hope they update that policy as other onsens are as well but I understand the cultural reason for not wanting tattoos. Everything was clean and it was so convenient to get to multiple train stations and 7-11. Asaksa was the perfect central area to stay and get everywhere.

Great Hotel, located a short walk from Kuramae Station, perfect for the start or end of a trip if you’re flying in or out of Haneda. Tasty restaurant options and an Onsen with views of the Tokyo Skytree.
