Close to Kyoto station, restaurants and convenience stores. Bathroom was not spacious, but good enough for a few nights. Room was clean and staff was very kind.

Clean room , definitely will be back and recommend to friends.

The room was really really clean and newly renovated. The bedding and towels were fresh and clean. Location for us was really good since coming back to Kyoto Station from anywhere it’s really easy. Also the extra toiletries provided by the hotel were a really nice touch and helped a lot. Thank you for a great stay.

Even though the hotel was under construction, it was very clean, staff was friendly. Check in and check out was extremely quick, the location is excellent. Very close to the train and mall. The spa was outstanding.

Great public bath/spa, friendly and helpful staff, great location - near Kyoto station, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Room was a bit small but it’s fair enough provided that it locates at a popular and convenient location.

Super clean property. The rooms were newly renovated, although pretty small. I am a very hot sleeper and even with the air conditioning at the lowest setting it was still too warm. However, the staff provided a fan which made it much more comfortable. Not a fan of how firm the beds in the pillows are. Other than that we had a great stay.

It’s a dark hotel and renovations are taking place. The house keeping staff nice, the front desk was just ok. I’m guessing once the renovations are complete it will be beautiful. But it was very very convenient to the JR bullet train ( like exactly across the street. You can see the bullet trains from your window.).

Hotel is under going renovation. No disruption encountered except you'll see some workers at the lobby. However, it is well managed and everyone is polite. Counter staff were friendly and helpful. Great location as it is just about 4mins away from Kyoto Station! Read the public bath is good but didn't have a chance to use it. Lots of convenient stores around the hotel as well! Room was new and I can lay out 2 mid size luggages at the same time. However, I must say precision maneuvering is required with 2 people in the room especially so when near the 'corridor' outside the toilet. Constantly reminded me of the movie 'Entrapment' when Cat Zeta-Jones was doing the security laser maneuver especially so when using the toilet!!! I'm use to the size of toilets and hotel rooms in Japan but no matter how prepared I am, the size of this toilet just gets me under my skin! The tap in the toilet is another annoyance for me as I can never understand the instructions to lower the water pressure. Too high tech for me I guess...
