Good located, very clean, new

Definitely one of the newer hotel in a very convenient location. Hotel was only a few mins to major shopping area in Ginza and a couple blocks from the subway station. For families with children, it’s best to book a corner room with more space. We had many luggage, so the corner room allowed us to keep all our luggage by the doorway. We were here for 9 nights and it was great to have laundry facilities. They didn’t only have 1 or 2 machine for the whole building, there were multiple machines that were located on different floors. The breakfast buffet was also very convenient. With jet leg, there were not much options for early breakfast.

I really liked the hotel and hardware. Not sure about hotel staff is well training and take care of guests in my opinion

We stayed for 6 nights in June 2026 with 3 twin beds in the room. Room was a bit small, but laid out efficiently and it was probably a standard size for Japan. It was clean, comfortable, and a great location, located a walking distance from all the shops. We had included breakfast which was a great help since nothing opened until 10am. Breakfast variety and quality was great and well labelled. The onsen was quiet and clean and a nice perk to use after a long day of walking. The provided room amenities were very nice and the body wash and shampoo was high quality. They even have our child their own slippers and toothbrush! Staff were all friendly and helpful and we were able to communicate with everyone in English. Laundry facilities were clean and there were plenty of machines across all floors so that was useful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Great hotel

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Close to the train station and the area was wonderful to walk around (excellent restaurants and shops). The hotel was perfect- spotlessly clean, stylish decor, beautiful baths, and kind staff. Will absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Marriott Courtyard Hotel; one of the limousine bus stop service locations from Narita airport. Upon arriving and leaving, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room and bathroom was very spacious. We got free bottled water everyday and our room were clean daily. We appreciated the clean and hot pool at public bathhouse. Which we used 4 out of the 6 nights. It really saved our feet and aching bodies from all the walking we did. I would definitely rebooked.

Most comfortable combination of bed/bedding/pillow I’ve had in a hotel room bar none. Very bright, love the color drenched hallways/areas. Very good location, and friendly helpful staff. Would stay again!

Newly built hotel. The room are a good size. Very well located near main metro lines. And the rooms prices are fair. My favourite hotel in Tokyo always book there.

Room is little small. But other than that all good.
