Excellent location in the heart of Istanbul (Ortakoy). Staff were friendly yet professional, knowledgeable and helpful about anything we asked. The place was clean and well maintained. Breakfast on the roof had so many choices and the amazing view of the Bosporus was another perk. Definitely recommend‼️

The location, the cleanliness and the staff were all great (Gorkem Mecit at the front desk was super helpful). Overall a great experience. Now on the negatives: I had higher expectations for their breakfast, and unfortunately, the food quality and taste didn't meet. Their gym is also underground and extremely musty. Decided not to work out after seeing it.

The lady on restaurant floor was totally negative and un happy to give answer or assist. She was rude almost I can say, twice I returned back from the door. Whatever she should be loving her job, if she is not happy let her resign.

The property was clean and well in the center. I had a good time at the hotel and the staff were very helpful. Enes at the reception was exceptionally good and we also kept our luggage there while we explored the area. However upon check in, we made a request to upgrade and we were not given the upgrade that we wanted. However the hotel itself is really nice and in the centre.
