We had a room with an excellent view of the Bosphorus, it was amazing and the staff was very helpful

Great location, friendly and personable staff.

My son and I were in Istanbul scouting locations for a photo/video tour and I chose this hotel mostly for its convenient location. Now, I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The location is fantastic! It’s right on the Bospherus Strait and walking distance from everything you’ll want to see and enjoy in Istanbul. Berkan was immediately attentive to all our needs and has great taste in movies, too. Miriam, the manager on duty for us, is both incredibly efficient and wonderful! And the cleaning staff kept our room immaculate even when we could be as organized with our things as we’d like because of our whirlwind schedule. They found a small bag I left behind and alerted the front desk before I could finish checking out! Now, I’m hoping to bring a group of photographers here next year and will gladly book the rooms here for all our participants.

Excellent hotel in a prime location! Hotel's modern decor was beautiful and the room was quite large, very clean and comfortable with lots of storage, mini fridge and safe. The bathroom was very high-end, spacious and had a rainfall shower which was very enjoyable! Breakfast served on the rooftop cafe offered beautiful water views. Staff were absolutely amazing and were very helpful! One of the best features of this hotel was the location! Steps away from the waterfront, ferries, Galata Bridge, plenty of restaurants in the area and about a 30-minute walk to Sultanahmet (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar). This hotel is also a great choice for cruisers who want a pre or post cruise stay in Istanbul, because it's very close to Galataport. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This is a boutique hotel right next to the large Pennisula hotel with the same views at much less of a price. Front desk very helpful if needed.

Excelente localização. Perto do bonde que leva você para a parte antiga da cidade. Lugar seguro, bem movimentado. Hotel super bom! Me hospedei no apt 102 de frente a água. Quarto maravilho e super limpo. Tem um Rooftop muito legal para ver a cidade melhor. Muito bom hotel.

This hotel was in a great location, close to all of the major attractions. Property was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing, and so helpful.

Pros: The hotel is located in a great area centrally situated within a 15-30 min walk to most attractions, a short walk to public transportation and surrounded by many great restaurants. Most of the front desk staff were very helpful. Cons: The rooms are way smaller than the appear in the photos. I booked a room for two people and for most of the stay we were only given one wash rag. In room fridge was warm and didn’t seem to be working. Our window was located in the from of the hotel overlooking a construction site and we were awoken at 8am to maintenance scraping the metal signage right outside of our window which disrupted our rest. Our tv didn’t work every other day due to wifi issues. They advertised shisha onsite in their photos and on the signage outside however, they don’t provide shisha at all. We arrived back to the hotel one night after dinner to the front door locked and other guest waiting outside. No one was at the front desk and guest mentioned they had been waiting there for 15 mins to get in. When front desk person finally came he was not apologetic, didn’t not provide info on why the door was locked and said well you know. Overall stay and experience was not what was expected based on photos and what was advertised.
