As someone who speaks minimal mandarin, this trip has exceeded my expectations. Our guide and driver - Mr Wang Yong Chang who took care of us from 27 - 29 June sorted out our tickets to all attractions and even helped me pay for a bus ride at one of the attractions due to payment issues and didn’t want to take any of my cash. He also check in at our accommodation for us and all we have to do is just bring ourselves to the room. The hotels provided were also really good quality and were really clean. Overall, this tour is definitely worth every penny. I even made friends with the people in my tour and we had a really good time!

The Ruoergai Grassland is completely green, and the water in Jiuzhaigou looks as if it's been painted, it's so beautiful. The journey was quite long, but the business van was very comfortable, and surprisingly, I didn't get motion sickness. It just goes to show that a good mood can cure everything.

Everything was great! Even though I was the only Thai person in the group and everyone else was Chinese, they were all very kind and helpful. The hotels were great every night, and all the places we visited were absolutely beautiful and impressive. The driver was also very helpful, and we communicated through WeChat, which made everything quite convenient. The only downside was that his driving was pretty scary!

Συνολικά ένα υπέροχο ταξίδι. Το ταξιδιωτικό γραφείο ήταν εξυπηρετικό, ανταποκρινόμενο, προσεκτικό και εξυπηρετικό στην προσπάθειά του να καλύψει τις διάφορες ανάγκες μου. Ιδιαίτερα εντυπωσιάστηκα από τον υπεύθυνο επικοινωνίας μου, τον Chuan, ο οποίος διαβάζει και γράφει αγγλικά πολύ καλά, με ελάχιστες πιθανότητες παρεξήγησης. Ο οδηγός Xu Shifu, ο οποίος ήταν επίσης ο αρχηγός της εκδρομής μας, ήταν εξυπηρετικός, συνεπής και προσεκτικός στα αιτήματά μας. Ένα ταξίδι σαν αυτό μπορεί να είναι αγχωτικό και κουραστικό λόγω της ανάγκης να ξεκινήσουμε νωρίς το πρωί και να κάνουμε μεγάλες διαδρομές, κάτι που είναι πέρα από τον έλεγχο του ταξιδιωτικού γραφείου, καθώς υπάρχει πραγματικά μεγάλη απόσταση μεταξύ των αξιοθέατων και μεγάλο μέρος του ταξιδιού ήταν σε στενούς και ανώμαλους δρόμους. Το γραφείο έκανε ό,τι καλύτερο μπορούσε δεδομένων των συνθηκών! Εξαιρετική δουλειά Chuan και Xu Shifu!

Before departure, the itinerary will be emailed, and customer service will also inform you and create a trip group on WeChat. You'll take a high-speed train from Chengdu East Station to Huanglong Jiuzhai Station, where your tour guide will meet you at the exit. During the trip, the guide will diligently explain important travel information, details about the attractions, and their history. The accommodations and meals are of good quality, so there's no need to worry. The driver also operates steadily, ensuring passengers arrive safely. Jiuzhaigou is incredibly beautiful with its stunning, ever-changing colors of the Haizi lakes. Huanglong features high-altitude, colorful flowing rivers, where layers of mineral elements create a unique atmosphere.

Mimi was my guide, everything well organized and knowledgeable tour. Specially in an area which the sites are far away from each other. Totally recommended, and really good value for the money.

We had a great trip exploring the Jiuzhaigo area, Huang Long and other attractions along the way! Yu Han is a wonderful tour guide and took great care every step of the way! even though we don't speak Chinese, she made sure that all the information sent to us via wechat is translated into English. She constantly kept in touch with us during the sightseeing to make sure we are ok, and was clear on where we going next. She even asked some other local people who can speak English to accompany us during our journey. We highly recommend this tour experiencing the amzing scenery and culture related to this part of China!

The van was quite comfortable, and our group of six got along well without any difficult personalities. Compared to exceptionally famous spots like Jiuzhaigou, I actually preferred Bipenggou. It is much smaller than Jiuzhaigou, so walking around isn't exhausting, and it has alpine lakes, forests, and other lovely features—it's very relaxing. Since I don't ski, my friends and I just hung out in the snow and took pictures at Dagu Glacier, which was also a lot of fun. Regarding the accommodations, there were a few minor hiccups along the way, but customer service resolved them quickly, so we understood. However, if I were to choose again next time, I'd probably opt for slightly better lodgings. Finally, a reminder: be sure to bring a thick jacket. You can wear nice clothes underneath and just take off the jacket when taking photos, but the temperature difference between morning and evening is quite significant, so a warm coat is an absolute must.
