Visiting the 7 Hells is definitely worth it. No guide is needed. Each hell has its own unique characteristic. You can collect stamps at each of the Hells, and best of all, you can enjoy a foot bath in several of them. It's worth dedicating a full day (about 6 hours). I started with the two more remote ones, then took a lunch break (Jigoku meguri is a typical dish), and then finished the other five, which are close to each other. Incredible!

Οι οδηγίες της ήταν πάντα σαφείς και διαχειρίστηκε το πρόγραμμα αποτελεσματικά, διασφαλίζοντας ότι είχαμε αρκετό ελεύθερο χρόνο, ενώ παράλληλα η εκδρομή κυλούσε ομαλά. Η Vivian έκανε επίσης το κάτι παραπάνω, προτείνοντας τοπικές σπεσιαλιτέ και φαγητά που πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να δοκιμάσουμε, βοηθώντας μας να αξιοποιήσουμε στο έπακρο την επίσκεψή μας. Η φιλικότητα, ο επαγγελματισμός και η γνήσια φροντίδα της για όλους στην ομάδα έκαναν ολόκληρο το ταξίδι ευχάριστο και χωρίς άγχος. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον επισκέπτεται τη Φουκουόκα και το Μπέπου. Αν έχετε τη Vivian ως ξεναγό σας, είστε σε εξαιρετικά χέρια!

Highly recommend this tour, especially if you want to explore the Kyushu region efficiently or you're an Attack on Titan fan! We were a group of 3 adults and found it worked out cheaper than organising transport ourselves. The highlight was our guides, who were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, bilingual, and made the day so enjoyable with local insights and great recommendations. The coach was comfortable with excellent air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the July heat. The itinerary was well-paced with enough time at each stop, and everything ran perfectly on schedule. Some attractions, like Kamado Jigoku and the Attack on Titan Museum, require separate entry tickets, but they were inexpensive and still made the tour great value. A fantastic way to experience Kyushu without the stress of planning it yourself!

It was a great experience! 😊 Even though the weather was pretty harsh today, Kevin handled everything really well and made sure it affected our trip as little as possible. He was friendly, helpful, and kept everything organized throughout the day .

Amazing experience! Our tour guide, Emily-san, was very helpful and made the experience even better! I really appreciated how she would walk over to our seats to explain the information in English before translating it for the whole group in Chinese. Moreover, I initially thought that the African Safari might not meet my expectations, but it ended up being one of the best parts of the trip! The jungle buses were fully booked, so we went in on our tour bus instead, with safari music playing in the background. It was such a fun and unique experience! My friend also realized that she had left her phone in the restroom while we were on our way to Yufuin. Emily-san immediately contacted someone, and thankfully, the phone was found! Things could have turned out very differently, so we were really impressed by how quickly and calmly she handled the situation. Thank you, Emily-san, for making our trip such a wonderful and memorable experience! ❤️

Despite the bad weather and heavy traffic, they managed the schedule very professionally and ensured we arrived at all destinations on time while avoiding major traffic congestion as much as possible. It was truly a fantastic and enjoyable tour experience from start to finish. We sincerely appreciate their dedication, experience, and outstanding service throughout the journey. 👏

The meeting point was really hard to find this time, and many people went to the wrong place. Luckily, everyone arrived by the meeting time. Our tour leader, Xiao Liu, was very kind and patiently waited for everyone to arrive. He also gave a friendly introduction to the attractions. We had a great time on this trip. Next time, I'll definitely book with Klook; their itineraries are excellent, and their tour guides and leaders are all top-notch!
