It is the best place in HK for Spa I have ever experienced! Booking through Klook with Double 11 Deals in a great price for 2 people! After booking by Klook, remember to call the Spa to make reservation. I requested the biggest couple room as it was a birthday celebration with my husband. One can have free-parking if you drive there. But I took public transport this time. It took around 10 min to walk from the TKO MTR Station. The venue was wonderful. Once I stepped inside the shop, I thought I was in a trip outside HK. Polite and warm welcome from reception staff. Excellent and big couple room with toilet and bath inside. Safe provided to store valuable belongings. Professional and caring therapists with excellent massage techniques. once finish, we showed preference to have the tea and snacks inside the room. the staff were helpful and allow plenty of time for us to relax, have refreshment and get changed afterwards. May be it was a weekday and the staff did not rush us to leave. All in all, one should try this best Spa in HK. Highly recommended.

環境乾淨舒適，服務很好，技師按摩手法也頗舒服，按摩完成後亦沒有限制我們在房間吃茶點的時間，感覺很貼心。雖然有點少貴，但偶爾光顧也是一個很好的消閑節目。

除左價格略貴之外，其他真的無可挑剔，比在泰國按摩的體驗更好。

This is the BEST place for a body massage in Hong Kong. The spa is located in a brand new 5 star hotel in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui. The decor and ambience are fantastic and it felt like we were in a Thai resort instead of the middle of a bustling city. There are amazing views of Victoria Harbour. The rooms are incredibly spacious and clean. This place is top notch and highly recommended for anyone!

Really have nothing to fault this experience! The receptionist was really kind and my therapist was wonderful. Ambience relaxing. It really was an oasis in the city. It's a little out of the way but if taking mtr it's a 10-15 min walk towards the harbour.

the whole experience is just a bliss. great value for money for what is served. warm welcome, perfect ambience, unhurried treatment, tea set afterwards, complimentary car parking etc. best spa experience in Hong Kong !
