Cabin was amazing, very luxurious same as restaurant and hallway. Top deck was a bit disappointing though. Food choice was very big and it was tasty. Staff was amazing! Itinerary was bit on the bad side. For instance we boarded the main ship only at 1pm! Left it at 10:30 am next day. Feel like check in should happened way earlier.
Απρόσμενη Αλλαγή, Υπέροχη Εμπειρία! Το ταξίδι μου στον κόλπο Χαλόνγκ ξεκίνησε με μια μικρή έκπληξη όταν ενημερώθηκα ότι η κρουαζιέρα La Casta ήταν πλήρως κρατημένη. Ωστόσο, η επικοινωνία από τον πράκτορα της Klook ήταν άμεση και εξυπηρετική. Πρότειναν την κρουαζιέρα Grandeur ως εναλλακτική, η οποία περιλάμβανε το δρομολόγιο Route 2 (Νησί Titop & Σπήλαιο Sung Sot) και αναβάθμιση σε executive δωμάτιο χωρίς επιπλέον κόστος – εξαιρετική αξία! Το αποκορύφωμα ήταν ο διευθυντής της κρουαζιέρας μας, ο Peter, ο οποίος ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία για να εξασφαλίσει ότι όλοι ένιωθαν ευπρόσδεκτοι και ότι όλες οι ερωτήσεις τους απαντήθηκαν. Πραγματικά αναβάθμισε την εμπειρία. Ευχαριστώ την ομάδα για την ομαλή διαδικασία και ένα αξέχαστο ταξίδι!
The overall enthusiasm, hospitality, of the staffs were very top notch!! The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious and we were fed abundantly over the whole of the trip. Regarding off cruise activities, I would like to say, there could have been 1 or 2 more activities, but if you are aiming for a calm and serene experience, this cruise is a must do!!
My cruise got cancelled the day before. I was contacted and provided another option with Journey in Elegance Cruise. It was perfect. The price was the same. The guide was exceptional, food was excellent. The boat was very clean and met my expectations
The boat and the cabin were excellent. Lovely and clean, the cabin wasn't overly large but it was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable and soft. The staff were friendly and attentive, with the food being top notch and plentiful. The itinerary for the first day was great with a good amount of planned activities vs your own time to relax, the second day felt a bit rushed with needing to disembark by mid morning, we actually wished we had booked to do a 2 night trip instead to have more time to enjoy the whole experience. Our only issue was that the onboard wifi didn't work, we were told by the staff that it comes and goes but we didn't have connection the entire trip which we needed was we had to arrange our onward travel so I suggest making sure that you can go without wifi before boarding. Overall it's a must do trip and I recommend La Casta and its crew for the journey.
The best! great quality, the room very majestic, easy to book, value for money. we have good time in halong bay. we got lunch, sunset party snack, dinner, breakfast and brunch. Really love to get back again

Everything is great! The staff is lovely, the rooms are really clean and luxurious. The meals are plentiful and very good. The jacuzzi is really a plus! I recommend this company.
Had an amazing experience with family. Very well maintained rooms with amazing views of outside. Bathroom has a bathtub with outside view. Overall an excellent trip.
Great Food, accomodation was great too. and staff was quite cheerful and helpful.
