The tour package includes visiting a total of 4 sites with mini desert/sand dune and blue lakes located within the same compound being our first stop. Do apply lots of sunscreen when visiting as the sun was pretty unforgiving. The view was exceptional and our guide actually also recommended a night visit for stargazing. From there we were brought to our seafood lunch location that is situated at the river front of a nearby truss-bridge. The food was tasty. We opted for body massage and their choice of provider was located within Lagoi Bay compound. Masseuses were skillful and they gladly accommodated our time extension. Finally we had a walk at the nearby Lagoi beach (public area) - sands and water were very clean but note that part of the beach stretch is owned by private hotels nearby, so if you wonder too far some guards will come and tell you to turn around. Overall we are satisfied with the day tour arrangement

They sent the confirmation a day before the tour. Our driver is Taufik. Other than sharing with us the Bintan, he helped us to take many nice pictures. The lunch was sumptuous. Spa was at Grand Lagoi Hotel. Overall, it was a good trip.

We had a great and enjoyable moment with mr Adi. He knows a lot of things and is patient with us whenever we take quit long in taking pictures 😅 He is really friendly. We enjoyed the atv and swimming in treasure bay.

Shout out to the best tour guide Bobby!! (I hope the tour organisers could show this review to Bobby) He tirelessly helped us take hundreds of individual and group photos and videos in the sweltering heat without us even requesting for it! The pictures came out SO NICE (judge for yourself). He even ran after our ATVs to film us and taught us how to pose🥲Not to mention that he arrived early too. The day went more than perfect but yet at the end of the day he still apologised incase he made any mistakes🥹🥹🥹 My friends and I are sooo lucky to have had Bobby bring us around Bintan. His passion for tourism and photography really inspires me. Giving this tour a perfect review score because Bobby was the BEST! Thank you Bobby for the memorable experience🫶

It was amaaaaazing!! Taufik was indeed a great tour guide as seen from other reviews. He fetched us at 930am and he was early! Brought us to the desert and blue lake which was prettyyy and headed for our lunch afterwards. Lunch was pretty decent. We took treasure bay pass and went for mangrove kayak as a substitute for the mangrove walk. Had fun at the slip & slide. Paid additional for waterpark at treasure bay. 10/10 recommend this package! Taufik takes good shots too🥳

Totally recommend this day trip to everyone. The blue lake and sand dunes are absolutely beautiful. Really happy with our guide Taufiq, who went above and beyond to introduce us another side of Bintan that we have not experienced before. The seafood meal is easily the best meal we had in Bintan as compared to the food served in the resort. Also the tour includes a 1 hour massage which is totally worth it as the resort’s spa/massage are usually very overpriced.

A fun and hassle-free trip! Our guide Erwin was friendly and very accommodating. We had an amazing time riding the ATV in the desert (fee paid to the atv vendor, which doesn’t cost too much). Lunch was at a kelong — it was a great meal with fresh seafood. Would recommend this tour!
