Liem was super great and helpful throughout the whole trip. 🌟 The package was customisable and a lot of flexibility provided which was awesome. We did the sand dunes, blue lake, coffee and honey farm, and he took us to the kelong restaurant for lunch, dropped by a souvenir store, and ofc picked and sent us back to the hotel. Although the weather wasn’t ideal and it rained heavily, requiring us to adjust our itinerary, our tour guide, Diki, did an excellent job making the most of the day. He quickly adapted the plans by arranging an early lunch while the rain was at its heaviest, ensuring that we didn’t waste any time and were still able to enjoy the trip. The sand dune was an old mining place. lovely place to take picture. Thanks to the photographer too!

투어 하루전 날 급하게 신청했는데도 불구하고 다음날 오전에 투어가 가능했습니다.우리 투어가이드 adrian은 아주 친절했고 빈탄과 인도네시아에 대한 정보들도 재밌게 알려주셨고 우리가족 3명이 불편함없이 다닐수 있도록 세심히 신경을 써주셨어요.먼저 약 1시간정도 진행되는 맹글로브투어후 블루레이크 사막가서 멋진 사진도 많이 찍어주셨답니다. 사진가분이 촬영해주시고 바로 사진도 받을수 있었답니다 점심먹고 우리가 필요한 마트도 방문후 숙소로 안전하게 데려다 주셨어요 adrian 덕분에 즐거운 투어 할 수 있었습니다!! 고민하신 분들 강추합니다!!

Wonderful time exploring Sand Dune with our assigned guide, Liem! We took the pony carriage but end of tour then we knew it is pregnant which I wouldn't had took the ride. We did the boat tour too and it was relaxing and additional nice photos. The weather was hectic that Liem was flexible in accommodating time change to prevent wet weather. Reliable service and communication. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. It's a nice experience to choose this company. We will choose Wayan again the next time if we come Bintan. Wayan is very nice and kind. His English is very good. The guide in mangrove is also very kind and nice. The weather is not good (heavy rainy when we are here) but the experience is good. I will highly recommend blue lake tour and ATV. The photographer in blue lake is nice and professional. And the ATV tour is worthy, although I am not a good ATV driver, but the experience is good. Finally we went to Kelong, nice food. We have a good afternoon.

클룩에서 이것저것 비교해보고 선택한 투어였는데 엄청 만족스러웠어요! 맹그로브, 사막&블루레이크, 커피&꿀 농장(추가)했는데 셋다 너무 좋았어요. 반딧불체험 못하고 온건 아쉬워요ㅠㅠ 한국분들은 Ariya 가이드 강추합니다! 가이드님이 한국을 좋아하시고 넘넘 친절하구 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ 여자 둘이서 갔는데 안전하게 케어해주시고 책임감있는 모습에 감동했습니다. 다음에는 꼭 부모님 모시고가서 또 Ariya에게 투어 받으려고 합니다ㅎㅎ 블루레이크에서 Dudu 사진작가님이 DSLR카메라로 찍어주신 사진도 너무 예쁘고 잘찍어주셨어요 ㅎㅎ 무료로 찍어주시고 찍어주신 사진 모두 에어드랍으로 보내주셨습니다 ㅎㅎ 빈탄섬에서 행복한 경험을 하게돼서 너무 만족합니다! 강추!!

We had a great time during this tour - nice scenery at the blue lagoon / sand dunes (bring sunblock and umbrellas as the weather can be unpredictable according to the locals), would recommend going for the optional ATVs (both single and 2-seater ATVs are available, with locals there to guide and ensure your safety). The agency contacted us 1 day in advance with detailed instructions and our driver Mr Eri arrived on time to pick us up from the hotel. He was friendly, offered to take pictures for us and brought us to an alternative lunch spot near the mangrove swamp (which was more spacious and better ventilated) because the original location was fully booked with limited seats. Food was good and cheaper than in the resorts. The coffee plantation and honey bee farm visit was fun too - a welcome drink (jamu), coffee, goreng pisang and roselle tea are included in the package. Insect repellent is provided. Don't need to worry about getting stung by bees as they are stingless.

Mr Adrian was an excellent tour guide. Helped take really nice photos for us and even helped carry our older kids up the steep stairs at the dunes. He was very knowledgeable as well! very fortunate to have his as a guide. The place was really beautiful and it is definitely a must visit! Took many very scenic lovely photos and was impressed by the dunes and the blue lakes! don't miss out the green lake too!

We really enjoyed Blue lake tour and took a lot of photo! Our guide Wayan was so kind and took a photo of us a lot. The English skill and driving skill is also excellent. (Japanese) ガイドのWayanさんはとても親切で、運転も丁寧です。英語も流暢です。オプションツアーの提案もありますが、押しつけられるようなことは全くないので、日本人も安心して利用できると思います。

很棒的行程，導遊Fendy很專業，前一天聯繫上後就給了我們許多行程上的建議且樂意配合時間，車子也相當舒服乾淨。 行程當天還提早半小時到飯店等我們（我們還遲到但完全沒有催促我們），一路上給我們做了很詳盡的解說。當天一早我們先去了藍湖、沙丘，在藍湖拍了不少美照（本來應該是三人團才有的服務，我們因為有多訂購按摩行程因此贈送拍照）時間運用上覺得很值得。午餐吃的海鮮也是非常超值，來民丹島十分推薦花半天時間參加這個私人行程！
