第一次来印尼，因为临时订的浮潜服务，接送点也定位错了，不过客服很耐心帮我跟进了，fendy导游中文很好，从接到我们，就开始热心的跟我们介绍每个景点特色，全程陪玩加详细讲解，真的太棒啦去红树林也是不错的体验，能看到蛇跟蜥蜴～浮潜初体验感觉很棒，无论fendy，还是浮潜教练，都十分的有耐心。fendy带去的当地海鲜大排档也非常不错，性价比很高～～论导游的重要性～～～大家可以放心的找fendy哦～风趣耐心幽默为人～

We had an amazing time in Bintan thanks to our driver/guide Mr.Diki booked through Klook! He was incredibly accommodating throughout our trip and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. The snorkelling and fishing trip he arranged was a definite highlight — so much fun for the whole group. Diki also took us to a great dinner spot and even helped us buy a cake to celebrate two birthdays in our group, which meant a lot to us. On top of that, he shared so many useful local tips that made our trip so much smoother. We were so happy with his service that we booked a second day trip with him! Encik Eri was very helpful and attentive to our needs; looking after our belongings, ensuring we are safe at the kelong, making sure we have enough towels, food and drinks... and bringing us to value-for-money seafood restaurant for sun-set dinner. he was accomodating and brought us to additional shooting attraction.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The agency messaged us right after booking and everything was super smooth. The real MVP was Fendy—super friendly, punctual, and more like a friend than a guide. Snorkeling was great, clean gear, and the diver took awesome photos. Fendy even took extras on his phone for us. It was chilly but he kept checking on us with food and warm tea. We kayaked to White Sand Island, quiet and beautiful, then ended with fishing and a quick snorkel. Dinner at his recommended kelong was delicious and fairly priced—we’d had a bad Batam tourist-trap experience before, but this spot was honest and truly local. We were curious about a dish we’d never tried, and even though we didn’t order it, Fendy spoke to the chef and got us a complimentary flower crab with soy sauce and egg! When we reached our villa, all our photos and videos were already sent—super fast. Nothing felt rushed; he let us go at our own pace. No stress, no delays, no confusion. 100% recommended!💯

Our guide Mr Diki was friendly and able to provide good local information on where to go and what to eat. He was also able to interact w our 2 young boys. The snorkelling trip was a good experience for my young children. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

I had Fendy for my first two days in Bintan, and both days were amazing. He was super accommodating with the arrangements we wanted, making sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. Plus, he even helped us take tons of nice photos (big plus points, haha)! I was so happy with the experience that I shared it with other tourists and they immediately booked him for the next day too. Had such a fun day from the motor boat ride to kelong, followed by snorkeling, kayaking and fishing ! hot coffee, tea and cup noodles are also complimentary at the kelong. The sea water was clear and so many fishes are all around us. The staff will take video of you feeding the fishes and send you by telegram. I need to shout out to my tour guide Fendy who had been amazing throughout the day, he is very thoughtful and take care of all the small details like getting us our towel, advise us to be early so that we can get a rest room, helping us to take pictures and even helping us with our fishing. Fendy is really a sincere, genuine and helpful person.

Adrian was the driver assigned to us. He was very punctual, even came 10 minutes earlier than the agreed time 😀He was really attentive throughout the journey. The experience at Bintan Neemo was great. We had fun fishing, snorkeling and kayaking. We even caught 3 fish among the 6 of us! 4 of us went snorkeling - they had 1 guide for each adult and 1 guide for the 2 kids. We felt really well taken care of. Adrian was there throughout and helped us with fishing, and coordinating with the guides at the kelong. We had a little engine trouble with the boat on the return journey but I guess it added to the overall adventure experience! After the booked tour, Adrian also brought us for massage and the firefly tour before bringing us to a food court for dinner, and sending us back to the hotel. Thank you for the fun day, Adrian! We really enjoyed ourselves!
