This was one of the highlights of my trip to Phu Quoc! The workshop was very informative and gave me a wonderful introduction to the history and culture of Vietnamese coffee. Ryan was an excellent instructor who explained every step of the coffee-making process clearly and made the class fun, interactive, and welcoming. I learned how to make six different Vietnamese coffees, and I loved hearing the unique story behind each one. It gave me a whole new appreciation for Vietnam’s rich coffee culture. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. It’s a unique experience that’s both educational and hands-on. I was impressed to learn that they are the first and only coffee workshop in Phu Quoc, and I hope they continue to expand so more people can experience and appreciate Vietnamese coffee culture. A huge thank you to Ryan for doing such an amazing job. I’m excited to recreate these coffee recipes when I get back to Australia!

Booked this coffee class on a whim and it was easily a highlight of my trip! The vibe was super cozy, and the instructor - Ryan was incredibly passionate and welcoming. I loved getting hands-on, learning the brewing techniques, and crafting my own cup. It’s a fun, authentic experience that’s worth every penny. Highly recommend!

It was raining before we left our hotel, but our instructor, Ryan kindly adjust the time for us which is very thoughtful. We had a lot of fun trying to learn and make vietnamese coffee. The coffee is very delicious and easy to make even for beginners! The best event that we had throughout our Phu Quoc trip ❤️

Είχαμε μια πραγματικά καλή εμπειρία μαθαίνοντας για την κουλτούρα του καφέ στο Βιετνάμ. Ο Ryan έκανε εξαιρετική δουλειά εξηγώντας τις ιστορίες πίσω από κάθε έναν από τους 6 διαφορετικούς τύπους καφέ που φτιάξαμε και είμαστε τόσο χαρούμενοι που βρήκαμε αυτό το μέρος. Ανυπομονούμε να δοκιμάσουμε τις συνταγές όταν επιστρέψουμε σπίτι, γιατί κάθε φλιτζάνι καφέ είναι εξαιρετικό! 10/10 το συνιστούμε για τους λάτρεις του καφέ!

I was lucky enough to have a one-on-one class! Ryan is a great teacher. He explained the history of Vietnamese coffee and the brewing methods in a detailed yet humorous way, which made the whole class really interesting and enjoyable. Highly recommend taking a class here! ☕️

A good and cozy workshop, perfect for waiting till sunset time. We learnt and tried to make different types of coffees, all were goods and very interesting. The instructor is very passionate. Overall a very good experience.
