I joined the Great Ocean Road tour with Go West Tours on 31 July and had an amazing day from start to finish. A huge thank you to our guide and driver, Aleks. She shared lots of interesting history, facts, and local insights that helped us better understand the places we visited. Her commentary was engaging and informative, but never overwhelming. She knew exactly when to explain things and when to give everyone some quiet time to relax, which made the long journey very comfortable. She is also an excellent driver. Despite spending the entire day on the road, the ride was smooth and I never felt uncomfortable. Aleks also knew all the best photo spots and kindly helped us take many beautiful photos throughout the trip. The whole tour was very well organised and ran smoothly from start to finish. Overall, one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend Go West Tours, and a special thanks to Aleks for making the experience so memorable! 😊

A good experience! Ocean Road was beautiful. our tour guide was a soft person and thoughtful. We had mussels for lunch and was good! Did not have much choice for dinner. Overall recommended and side note, sit at the left side (single seat) to have more view on ocean when travelling.

We enjoyed the tour! We had a good time admiring the view of the Great Ocean Road and the temperate rainforest walk turned out to be lovelier than expected. Got lucky to spot wild koalas as well. Chris is a knowledge and friendly guide and he drove smoothly throughout the day.

Our guide and driver, Mel, was fantastic from start to finish. She was cheerful, funny, and incredibly engaging, making the long road journey feel enjoyable and lively. At the same time, she was very considerate—giving us plenty of time to rest, as well as well-timed toilet breaks throughout the trip. The itinerary was well-paced and never felt rushed. We had sufficient time at each stop to explore and take in the views, along with a comfortable lunch break. Mel even went the extra mile by bringing us for dinner after the tour, which was a thoughtful touch. A lovely bonus was the homemade cakes she prepared for breakfast—such a warm and personal gesture that we really appreciated. What stood out most was her energy and enthusiasm, which she maintained all the way until the end of the trip. It truly made a difference to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this tour and would happily travel with Go West Tours again on future trips to Melbourne.

一日遊當天，天朗氣清。我們出發一小時後，先去安格爾小鎮下車歇腳，女司機兼導遊Chole準備了早餐包括蛋糕及咖啡粉丶朱古力粉丶奶和熱水給團友自己沖飲，在大風的沙灘旁享用，特別感到溫暖。跟着去大洋路上的東景紀念拱門和Kennet River尋找桉樹上的野生樹熊。然後去古樹參天的Maits Rest Rainforest 雨林小路漫步。在Lavers Hill午餐後，便去遊覽壯麗的十二門徒巖丶吉布森台階和阿德峽谷。整天行程緊密，風景令人驚嘆，司機導遊經驗豐富。雖然車程漫長，車路多彎，但值得推介。

overall the planning of the trip is fantastic. we had sufficient time to stay at each attractions. I specially loving all the beautiful nature scenery. 5 stars rated to our tour guide Tim who provided excellent services and his patience to explain everything to us is super appreciated! Tim is friendly, funny, professional, safe and responsible driver! loved the music he chose playing while on the long ride! excellent excellent excellent ! highly recommend Go West!

Αυτή η εκδρομή ήταν υπέροχη. Ο Σέριφ, ο ξεναγός μας, είναι ο πιο ευγενικός, cool και εξυπηρετικός άνθρωπος που έχω γνωρίσει ποτέ!!! Σε ορισμένες περιοχές το σήμα Wi-Fi είναι αρκετά αδύναμο, οπότε νομίζω ότι τα δεδομένα λειτουργούν καλύτερα. Πέρα από αυτό, ήταν μια φανταστική εκδρομή, γεμάτη περιπέτεια, γέλια και όμορφες αναμνήσεις!!

It’s such a nice trip to view the great scenery of the Great Ocean Road. Used to be a teacher, our guide Robbo is a very nice gentleman with so much knowledge, guiding us around with full, clear speeches. Fully recommend this wonderful trip with Go West Tour!

We had a full day tour on the Great Ocean Road. Our tour guide, Jools, from the West Tour was very kind and lovely. She had a trivia 101 to each place we visited. She also gave us little souveniers together with her Gumnut. This trip was all worth every penny. A must try when you visit Melbourne.

I joined the Great Ocean Road tour and our guide was David. He’s amazing! He’s funny, energetic, knowledgeable and really knows what he’s doing. Told us a lot of stuff about the animals, Melbourne, the Great Ocean Road, everything he sees! He also gave is recommendations on where to eat, and places to see and things to do if ever we’d go to a place that we’ve passed by. This tour was definitely the highlight of our trip. AND, most importantly, he prioritises our safety and comfort. We stopped by to have photos of the Koalas that we saw on the roadside. We had call times whenever we have a stopover, and he didn’t EVER rush us. And he chatted and interacted with each and every one of us, which I really appreciate. Highly recommended 🫶🏻
