Location was easy to find. Staff was so friendly and english speaking. We upgraded our couples Kimono package seemlessly for more fancier Furisode to match our honeymoon time. The hair service I received was so beautiful. I felt comfortable and like I was working with true professionals. I took our own photos because I'm a professional photographer, so we didn't go with the photo add on. Also as we walked around Asakusa, we were asked by strangers to take photos with them because of how beautiful we looked! The return of the Kimono was quick too! I'd recommend this company to anyone asking!

The shop is easy to find, and you get to choose your preferred kimono design. I recommend arriving early, as the selection becomes limited later in the day and you might not get your preferred color. The staff are helpful—they assist with dressing and even do your hair. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience in Tokyo!

ฉันจองในวันเวลากระชั้นชิด ก็สามารถใช้บริการได้ทันที ราคาถูกกว่าร้านอื่น ในส่วนโปรโมชั่นชุดฉันจองในราคาถูกสุด ซึ่งสามารถเลือกแบบชุดได้จำกัด แต่ก็ไม่ใช่ปัญหาเพราะแต่งมาแล้วสวยเด่น พนักงานต้อนรับดีบริการดี ใช้เวลาไม่นานในการแต่งตัว แนะนำคนไทยไม่ต้องไปต่อคิวเข้าร้านดังๆ ก็ได้ค่ะ ร้านนี้ไม่เลวเลย ลักษณะเป็นร้านคนจีนแต่สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ร้านจะอยู่บริเวณสถานี Asakusa ทางออก A5 เลี้ยวขวา หรือออกทาง A4 แล้วเลี้ยวซ้าย เป็นตึกสีเทาต้องกดลิฟต์ไปที่ชั้น 6 ค่ะ มีป้ายตึกเขียนบอกชั้นไว้ และนำชุดมาคืนก่อนห้าโมงเย็น ทางร้านมีถุงให้เราใส่สำหรับฝากชุดและรองเท้าที่เราใส่มาค่ะ

Kimono Rei Rental has a wide variety of Kimonos and accessories to chose from. The Kimono I was wearing was the Premium Furisode type and altho it comes with free hairstyle but I paid extra for the fancy style and it's worth it. Their staff is professional, friendly, and very understanding regarding the situation I was in. I was late for an hour due to unfamiliarity of the place (finding the right metro and directions which I am bad at lol). They moved to a new building which is Hasegawa Bldg- the same building where 7-11 is but on the 6th floor. The google navigation system took us to the old bldg but the address is right, so pay attention to the address. From Asakusa Station, you can exit on A-18 and it's on your right. Also, this place is really close to the Sensoji Temple - approx 7 mins. Overall, I'm so happy and satisfied with the experience, so I highly recommended them to everyone who's planning to rent Kimonos for ladies and gentlemen in the near future. building was easy to find and is near sensoji temple! staff were also super helpful & nice 🫶they help you get dressed, give you suggestions on kimonos and belts, and do ur hair. if you decide to upgrade ur kimono package or add add-ons while you're there, you just gotta pay the extra balance. did this when i got there because i wanted to wear a different kimono that wasnt in my original package 😊 overall experience was great!! got lots of cute photos from it as well, highly recommed doing this if you're in asakusa!

metro exit 5, right side and walk till the t junction. its the corner building. we abit lost as the google did not bring us to the right place. but we still make it with Navi app. they speak chinese and english so no problem with communicating. you may add on for better choices but we are good with the package.

we came early and they accommodate us immediately. clothes are beautiful but you need to be at earlier if you will get the basic kimono, very good clothes to wear

When we came to Asakusa, we got lost for awhile because we didn't used the map here in Klokk but rather the google map so we were very sweaty when we came at the right place. At front desk, they will ask you for the QR code and it was very fast. They were also speaking in English and they will guide you. They let us picked Kimonos and they even recommended matching ones so it was super fun. When they tried it on us the staff was very amazing. We were conversing in Japanese and she was very friendly. What a wonderful staff! Overall, they made us look very pretty and I was happy for 2 hours of using it. I will recommend this to my friends who wants to visit Asakusa! Thank you so much!

這家和服店老闆很負責熱情，距離淺草寺1分鐘的距離，全程不用走太多的路，到淺草寺後全是體驗和服的遊客，完全沒有壓力啊，攝影師也帶我們逛了大半個淺草寺，拍了1個小時多一點，拍的照片很多，這家店不亂收費，也沒有各種押金，整體的體驗很好，放心去哦
