Ήταν πολύ συνεπής, ενημερωτική, κάλυπτε ακόμα και τις μικρότερες ανάγκες. Βεβαιώθηκε ότι επιβιβαστήκαμε στο πλοίο της επιστροφής μας χωρίς πρόβλημα. Ήταν πολύ φιλική, ευγενική και μας βοήθησε να απολαύσουμε το ταξίδι μας όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερο. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα αυτή την ημερήσια εκδρομή από τη Σιγκαπούρη! Υπάρχουν τόσα πολλά να δείτε σε αυτό το νησί, ακόμα και σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα. Επίσης, διαμορφώνουν την εκδρομή σας ανάλογα με το τι θέλετε να δείτε ή να κάνετε!

Rinald 가이드님 덕분에 편안한 차량 투어 했습니다. 가고싶은 모든 일정을 소화할 수 있도록 코스도 알맞게 짜 주셨고 추천해주신 식당들도 매우 만족했습니다. 투어 날 스콜성 폭우가 왔는데, 신기하게도 차에서 내릴 때 쯤 딱 알맞게 비도 그쳐주었습니다. 행운의 Rinald 가이드님 덕분이예요. 심지어 헤어지고 공항에 도착하고 나서야 제 자켓을 차에 두고온게 생각났는데 너무나도 감사하게도 바로 공항으로 가져다주셨어요. 덕분에 좋은 추억 많이 만들고 갑니다. Rinald 가이드님 감사합니다. 행복하세요😊

John met me at arrival as soon my ferry landed. He was not only helpful in getting me around, but translated for me to staff at different venues. Also, this was a solo trip and I felt safe the whole time. Plus he took great pics of me and my time in Batam. I wanted a relaxing, non hectic trip so we did things like the Welcome sign, visited their largest mosque, ate seafood at Barelang, viewed the Barelang bridge, and chilled at Bluefire beach club. He’ll also take you to the coffee tour if you’re into that lol. Overall, he was very accommodating and I would recommend this tour if you’re visiting Batam.

We had a wonderful and great experience at Batam. Our guide, Riza is was professional, friendly, hospitable and is very knowledgeable of the sites. She delivered above and beyond despite a very short period that we have left before going back to the terminal. We get to understand the culture and historical sites and even had great pictures because of her. Thank you Riza from the Philippines! Highly recommended!

It’s been a wonderful day in Batam. We are all tired but happy. Wawan, our driver for the day, contributed greatly to our happiness. He is so accomodating. He did all our request and added many nice place to our itinerary. He is very knowledgeable and love to share many things with us. He knows the city very well. Sejujurnya perjalanan ke Batam ini adalah rancangan last minute. Bila driver Agus whatsapp sehari sebelum, kami tidak ada jadual perjalanan. kami hanya berikan jadual yang tidak tersusun pada esok harinya dan sangat mengejutkan driver Agus membantu dengan baik & teratur jadual perjalanan kami dan merekomendasikan tempat-tempat menarik untuk dilawat. Saung Budaya Batam merupakan tempat yang sangat menarik dan tidak menyesal untuk singgah. Driver Agus sentiasa berkongsi sejarah tentang Batam & beliau mempunyai pengetahuan yang dan navigasi yang baik tentang Batam. Memilih pakej ini juga sangat jimat berbanding pakej yang lain. Antara tempat dilawat -Saung Budaya Batam, Jambatan Barelang, Masjid Muhammad Cheng Ho, Puncak Beliung, Gereja St. Petrus, Masjid Sultan Mahmud Riayat, Masjid Agung Raja Hamidah, Museum Batam Raja Ali (weekend tutup) & lunch di Restoran Kopak Jaya Seafood.
