Our group of 3 private guided tour by Dodo was exceptionally enjoyable! He is very nice and kind the entire time during the tour. Very knowledgable about the elephants and always make sure with us that we are doing well during the tour. The sanctuary is an ethical place with kind and experienced caretaker for the elephants. Highly reccomend to engage with their services. Lunch served was very delicious. Bamboo rafting was very calm and enjoyable. The van was parked near the starting of the river and the entire process felt very safe as well.

The tour leader was extremely attentive, even providing towels, tea, water, and snacks while we were playing in the water, making our trip very comfortable. The bamboo rafting was a lot of fun, and the cool stream water combined with the sunshine was very pleasant. We were also lucky enough to see elephants bathing, which was a delightful surprise.

The itinerary wasn't too tight, the timing was just right, and the tour guide was very enthusiastic. I highly recommend this trip! I'll join again if I have the chance to come to Chiang Mai!

A big thumbs up to our local guide, Koh! He was so kind and warm-hearted. He shared lots of interesting local culture with us, took amazing photos of our best moments—especially when we were feeding elephants and riding ATVs. He even gave us a free ride to the Night Safari so we could catch the show on time. It was such a wonderful day! See you next time!

We booked a full-day tour, and a private car will pick us up from the hotel around 8:00 AM. The drive is about an hour from Chiang Mai city to the destination. There will be a Chinese-speaking guide to lead and explain. We will first make balls that are beneficial for elephant digestion, and then take the balls and fruit baskets to feed the elephants. After that, we will take pictures with the elephants and help them bathe. For lunch, we will enjoy the lunch prepared by the park. The fried rice and spring rolls are pretty good. In the afternoon, we will go bamboo rafting, which takes about half an hour. After that, we will take a car to the waterfall. After arriving at the destination, we will walk about 10 minutes to reach the waterfall, admire and take pictures. Then, we will take a car back to Chiang Mai city. I think the tour is worth the money.

PSA: Do contact the Park via whatsapp (their contact details are within the booking) if you don’t get a confirmation the night before or morning of. Had some unnecessary anxiety on the morning of the booked tour as we weren’t sure what time the bus was picking us up - waited in the cool weather for 15mins. Bus ride was an hour long and the roads were a bit windy so just a heads up for those who get carsick. visit was amazing, F was our english speaking guide and all the staff at the park were so helpful and kind to take photos for us when requested! highly highly recommend this experience if you’re an animal lover! all elephants we met were very well taken care of and showed no signs of visible distress. recommend wearing active wear and sturdy sandals as you may get wet😂
