Great hotel, easy 5 min walk to Bangla. Many shops, 711, pharmacies close by including two shopping malls. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard. Have been coming to this hotel for a while. Buffett breakfast has a good selection of Western, Thai and Indian food. Including an egg station and a noodle station. There are various room types including the Standard which is adequate. All staff are nice and friendly. The hotel has two pools. Wifi works great.

The hotel was very near the attraction for Patong beach and great food around the place.... Mainly love the staff who are friendly and always keep the place safe and sound 24 hours live person watching at the gate and reception as well.... Felt very safe and the place with the swimming was awesome like private pool...

Received a free room upgrade. It has capsule coffee machine. The breakfast buffet was good value. The gym was adequate and pool great. The staff were helpful and friendly. It’s location is central with Patong beach, shopping malls and restaurants nearby.

hotel is in a convenient location - close to patong beach and in the middle of 2 beach clubs. the room is neat and clean but u can see that it is just a tad bit old especially when pulling down the shower blinds and u can see that the ceiling has cracks here and there. overall stay is great! hotel staff is friendly and offers great hospitability!
