The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay pleasant overall. However, I was just disappointed with the reception service, as my calls were often unanswered when I needed assistance. I understand that the hotel was fully booked and the staff may have been busy, but guests still rely on timely support during their stay. Improving the responsiveness of the front desk would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

It was a great stay at Rose Park, Al Barsha. The staff always greeted us with smile and were ready to help us. Sometimes when the breakfast buffet had limited veg options, they also offered us to freshly cook some veg food for breakfast. The location is definitely great as it is very close to insurance market metro station and you can use the mall of emirates bus station to catch buses to multiple places.
