Wuzhen Water Town and Suzhou are both great tourist attractions, with super invincible scenery. Our guide, Xiao Ye, provided attentive explanations throughout the trip. Tour is mainly by bus with a pack and tight itinerary and expecting plenty of walk to cover the venue. Chinese Speaking guide is good and very accommodating. Kudos to the guide 忆芬芳. Each venue will have different people joining so expect varied tour group.

We’re group of Malaysian, opted to join Chinese group. Our guide Ms Xiao Zhu was very attentive and friendly to us due to language barrier. She made sure we get all the information needed and made sure we are all welcomed into the group. Chill itinerary yet very informative and punctual. We’re given times to explore on our own and shopping too. The explanation is very clear even using the audio translator through our phone. Highly recommend this package for local people and those from non Chinese speaking region, it’s an experience. It’s up to u to enjoy it. Big thanks from us. 🫶🏻

We had a relaxing day out with Joe, who was both our driver and guide to beautiful Suzhou. The contrast between the 'new', 'old', and 'ancient' Suzhou was magnificent, as we spent time walking the Garden and experiencing the inner sanctuary of ancient Chinese accommodation that we only saw from the outside in our earlier trip to the Forbidden City in Beijing. Joe's profound knowledge and ability to link different elements with Chinese proverbs transformed this from a sightseeing experience to a learning journey. Exploring the 'Venice of the East' at Shantang Street was another highlight and if we could do it again, we would spend more time here, as there was so much to see and do! Overall, it was a great experience, made more enjoyable by Joe and his sense of humour and importantly, his safe driving on busy, congested roads in and outside of Shanghai and Suzhou.

Guide is Zhu Ping, a local Suzhou resident. Very knowledgeable of Suzhou. Avery bubbly guide who is always with a smile. the tour is abit rush but that I guessed is the pace for 1 day tour in Suzhou. Overall, a good tour.

I reallly enjoy the trip in Suzhou.Especially the tour guide is great. I really like her. Thank you for a nice family trip.

The tour guide was professional and the hotel was fine, but unfortunately, I was stuck with some loud group members who kept clearing their throats loudly the whole time. I had to endure the noise.

The tour guide is helpful but her explanation to the various attraction seem to be on a "repeated mode" and she speaks too fast. For the lunch, though is non-inclusive, I was informed during the tour that I needed to pay extra for a group lunch due to time constraint (30mins). I am not sure if it is okay for guest to opt-out of the "optional" lunch. Do also note that need to pay extra for the tram ride up the Tiger Hill. For us, we were bored towards the end of the tour, as the explanation was too rush and the guide is trying to finish up all 5 attractions. if you wish to visit as much of attraction within a day, do consider. But I hope the tour agency can take into consideration for the guide to slow down the talking speed (we were the only foreigner in the group, the others are their domestic tourist).
