Shenzhen Bay Park tours

It was raining heavily when we reached Dianchi lake. Nothing much to see and experienced as it was cloudy and blurry. We had lunch with our group of tourists and was acceptable. Next destination at the Stone forest was a much better experience. The guide, Ms Xiao Wu did an excellent job as she guided as through the stone forest maze and give us a good tour of the place. The light rain made it more pleasant to tour the stone forest (not so hot) and we had an amazing time.

We had a great experience with the tour service. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the route. She taught us how to use the oxygen canisters and when to use it during the trip. We were able to reach her easily if we had any questions.

This place is so beautiful, we did 东栅和西栅。my fav place is 西栅。it’s hot during the day but you will see a lot beautiful scenery. Our guide is wonderful, she explained to us the history this place. It’s a must visit place.

The driver, Li Sichuan, was very friendly and attentive. The hotel pick-up arrived in advance, and there were many reminders, saying that the tickets were all-inclusive and no shopping was arranged. We also had to be careful of the enthusiasm and sales of the locals. But the local guide of Yunshuiyao Ancient Town was very tricky. He asked us to pay for the tickets ourselves and argued with us. Fortunately, Li Sichuan reminded us in the car. In the end, of course, the local guide paid for the tickets and asked the travel agency to reimburse us, but we were scolded by him. The local guide also took us to drink tea and shop. Because he scolded us about buying tickets, we certainly didn't buy them. Other group members were embarrassed to buy them, and because they went shopping, they had no free time. When we arrived at Yongding Tulou, there was another local guide. She was much gentler and very good. The overall journey was still good. The place was beautiful, the attractions were all good, and the car was picked up and dropped off throughout the journey. The car was comfortable and hygienic. It can be recommended.

For today's trip, Mr. Zhang was our driver. He was very sociable and easily struck up conversations with everyone. Despite having to pick each of us up from different locations, he remained patient throughout. The traffic was extremely heavy during peak hours, but he kept us updated on his arrival time. Although we reached our destination later than expected, he ensured we arrived safely. At each stop, he carefully handed us over to the local guides. During lunch, he even brought us his highly recommended local delicacies to try. After the tour, when we were all exhausted, he went above and beyond by driving us back to our preferred locations—even though it was past his working hours. He also made sure all the ladies in the group were safely escorted back. His dedication and kindness truly made our trip more enjoyable.

Mount Huashan is a must-visit for any traveler looking for a blend of adventure, culture, and stunning natural beauty. Thanks to the guide and seamless transfer, although this trip is chinese speaking, I use my phone interpreter and the quide use wechat translation. we were able to enjoy the mountain scenery and fantastic views, be prepare for the many stairs ascending and descending that are steep.

The tour guide was very patient and considerate. We had a language barrier but we manage to communicate through wechat so can understand each other. The duration of the travel is very effecient to visit the two sites(Dianchi Lake and Stone forest). We are able to finish on time and catch my train going to Dali. Overall the experience is excellent, more perfect if they have English version.

Ok - the trip was amazing. You get to see so many things in one day - definitely worth paying this price. At first I didn't believe that I need to spend so much time there. But believe me, you are always on the move and no time is wasted. The most important thing - I don't speak Chinese and this is Chinese speaking group. This was not a problem! Our amazing guide 和贵敏 took care of us and was writing every detail on WeChat (we could both translate instantly). So I felt safe and taken care of. Thanks a lot!!!! (Additionally, this guide is amazing driver 😅 - I mean it). I also appreciate the service bufore the trip - every question I had was answered instantly on what's up
