Excellent, comfortable, and very satisfying in all aspects. It provided a very memorable stay. The price was reasonable, and the room overlooked the lake and bridge, offering a beautiful view in the evening and at night. I will come again next time.

I accidentally booked the wrong date, so I called the hotel. The hotel said they could change the date, but I needed to inform Klook so they could amend the booking.
When I contacted Klook, they emailed me saying they had passed the matter to Agoda. After waiting for a day and with check-in approaching, Klook still hadn’t given any response or replied to my emails.
In the end, I contacted the hotel again. The hotel then checked directly with Agoda, and Agoda emailed me saying they had not received any report or request from Klook.
WTH…
By the way, thank you so much to Zenith Hotel for helping me! ❤️ Klook, please take responsibility for this matter and provide a proper response. After this experience, this will be my last booking through Klook. I’m giving 5 stars because of the excellent service provided by Zenith Hotel.

Everything was great, and I had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!”

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is very strategic and convenient for travelling around the area. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Every time I go to Bangi, I check into this hotel. It's near the market.
