Things to do in Con Phung Island

The guide was very knowledgeable and the tour was very fun! Worth the time. Food was also very goooood!!

It was a fun and thoroughly satisfying trip from beginning to end! Kyle's guidance was very easy to understand, which was a huge help for me as I'm not very fluent in English. The boat ride to the island and the rowboat experience were exciting. Although it was a hot day, there were plenty of breaks, such as the honey farm visit and fruit tasting, so we were able to enjoy the tour without feeling rushed. The trip was smooth with almost no waiting times, and we were able to return on schedule. I definitely want to visit again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide! We had a wonderful time and the timings were okay for us, not too rushed. Contrary to some reviews, we did not feel pressured at all to buy anything from the locals as they were not pushy and were just trying to earn a living. Appreciated this side of Vietnam that we get to explore!

Mekong River Tour Recommended. Best guide, Jonny. I booked through Klook. After living abroad for about a year, I booked a Mekong River tour with my family as a final activity. The tour offered great value for the price, and the boat tour and coconut candy factory experience were particularly enjoyable. Most of all, Jonny, our guide, was fantastic; he was passionate and shared a lot of history. He seemed different from other guides. Highly recommended.

The tour was exceptionally well organised, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of activities planned throughout the day. Highlights included multiple boat rides—especially the intimate cruise along the Mekong Delta—a sumptuous lunch, fresh coconut water, coconut candy and honey tea tastings, and a visit to a local pagoda. We even enjoyed a tuk-tuk ride, which was an unexpected bonus not listed in the itinerary. Overall, the experience was excellent value for money and definitely not a waste of time. Our tour guide, Travis, did a fantastic job managing the schedule while remaining friendly and informative without being pushy or overbearing. He spoke excellent English, making it easy for everyone in the group to follow along and enjoy the experience. He never once asked for tips, which we greatly appreciated. For transparency, I am writing this review entirely of my own accord and was not asked or incentivised by the tour company to do so.

Great tour experience of the Mekong Delta by our tour guide Danny. Was able to communicate in English really well and was highly insightful of the different areas we went to. Highly recommend SST travel and would choose them again for future tours.

Our experience on this tour was amazing! All communication and experiences within the tour was so well organised and easy to understand/navigate. We had the best time with the group and it was such a nice way to meet others. I would highly recommend Vinnie, She was so lovely and knowledgeable! She really made the experience 10/10.
