Such a worthwhile experience! I had a skin test with the pharmacist, and she was so kind and thorough throughout the whole process. She carefully analyzed my skin and recommended products that were actually suitable for my skin type. I had so many questions because I’ve been concerned about my skin for a long time, but she patiently answered every single one. I finally got a better understanding of my skin and was able to clear up many of the concerns I had. If you’re visiting Korea, I definitely recommend giving this a try! The products in the store are also reasonably priced, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was such a pleasant and helpful experience. I’m really glad I stopped by!

My hair never felt so clean! Highly recommended! Take note Myeongdong has a few Juno branches! This particular Juno is on the 7th floor above ABC Mart. This branch looks really nicely renovated, with a view of Myeongdong Cathedral. Enjoyed my complimentary ice coffee while they did a scan of my scalp to analyse what I needed, then I got an amazing head and shoulder massage. Topped up 60,000 for the 18 step process as this voucher only has the 10 steps. It was well worth it. They took much effort in making me feel welcome when I arrived and genuinely good service! My stylist Daisy was excellent, she listened to what I wanted and recommended to cut my hair to what suited me. I was really happy with the whole 18 step scalp treatment process, very relaxing and calm and the atmosphere was perfect!

We found this hair salon in Hongdae on Klook. After entering, various staff members greeted us, and their English was excellent, allowing for seamless communication. Although we initially purchased a haircut, we also added a 19-step hair treatment, which was incredibly relaxing, especially the far-infrared massage – a delightful surprise! The resulting hairstyle was also very lovely.

Booking my appointment at Salon Argyol Myeongdong through Klook was one of the best decisions I made during my trip to Seoul. My stylist, Minchae, was absolutely amazing. She gave me a fantastic, super professional haircut that looks incredible. On top of that, the service was remarkably express and fast without feeling rushed at all. What made the experience even better was her expert advice—Minchae took the time to suggest a haircut that genuinely suits me, and she gave me great tips on how to style and take care of my hair at home. Highly recommended, and made me really feel the Korean Beauty Experience/Expertise!

Such a worthwhile appointment. I went in expecting to hear the usual, and instead I was genuinely surprised. Colors I have always avoided because I thought they were too bold, or just did not like, turned out to suit me really well. It completely changed how I think about pairing clothes and doing my makeup. I have never really worn makeup because I could never figure out what worked with my complexion, and they instantly recommended shades for me and explained exactly why they work, based on the undertones and overtone in my face. They were so friendly, and they even had an English translator so the language barrier never got in the way. So informative and so kind. If you are visiting and curious about personal color, this is the one. 10/10 recommend!

I took the 60-minute service and it was very thorough. I learned a lot and the information provided was very clear and well explained. The lady who did my analysis is called Erica and she is very kind and gentle! She speaks English very well, so the service is really open to everyone. At the end, they present us with recommended products that we can photograph, and we can even redo our makeup with products they provide! The experience was enjoyable and super fun, I recommend it 100%!
