Absolutely recommend this spa — it’s elegant, spacious, and truly high-end. The bathroom and vanity area felt very luxurious, with Le Labo shower amenities, Dior, and Gucci makeup. The seafood buffet, especially the caviar and lobsters, was an amazing highlight, and the 1.4 HKD rate for the food experience felt well worth the cost. That said, check-in and check-out could be improved, as the receptionists did not speak English and seemed unfamiliar with how the Klook vouchers worked. Massage services also had to be added separately. We also hope they consider creating separate lounge areas for families with babies or infants, especially since crying at night can affect the relaxing atmosphere. ambiance: facilities: amenities:

The spa was really big with good facilities. It provides unlimited food and drinks. Also, it provides VR, games and resting areas. The massage was really nice too!

The environment was comfortable and clean. There’s only few people in weekdays so you can relax nicely. The therapist is professional as well.

I spent about 600HKD in total including breakfast, dinner, drinks, scrubbing & overnight charge. The facility is new & clean. I had a great time with my friends.

it was amazing experience for me and my husband. we do the 100mins Full thai body massage with the essence oil. it was a mix of thai and chinese massage which i really enjoy coz it really soften my fatigue body, my muscles are somehow so soft and relax after the massage. and the masseur are all neat, well manner, know their line, quiet, professional.,the reception are also respectful and really give her/him their best to understand what we meant. very polite as well and always assist us through our time in their shop. also they have some hot tea and fresh cut fruits after the massage.

I had Yaya as my masseuse, and she was very very thorough and clearly very experienced! Without me even telling her, she was able to target my tense spots especially neck and shoulders and paid extra attention to those areas. she's very observant of my reactions, a couple presses were a bit hard and she adjusted without me even needing to say anything. Very good service and she was very attentive all throughout! she uses a balanced mix of hard pressing and sweeping motions, good balance of relaxing and therapeutic for tense muscles. the receptionist was also very kind and welcoming, and accommodated me very well despite our language barrier. The massage room is very intimate and quiet, they have blackout curtains and the ac temperature was perfect. the facilities were clean, the bed was comfortable and overall the atmosphere was relaxing. i was very satisfied, thank you for the relaxing experience, I will definitely be coming back here again! ☺️☺️❤️

Staff were attentive and helpful, the fruits were sweet and there were may drink options. The chairs are extremely comfortable and the TVs have a lot of shows to watch. The massage therapist (212) was great too! Left feeling very relaxed~

I'm always staring at a computer, and my neck and shoulders get so stiff I can barely lift them. I was thinking of finding a place to get a massage. The technician at Jiu Jiu was able to accurately find the stiff spots and applied just the right amount of pressure—it wasn't too painful, but I could definitely feel it. They didn't try to sell me a membership card at all, and the full hour-long session was completed as promised. After the massage, I could easily turn my neck in circles.
