Really worth the package, the whole day was really relaxing, well managed by our guide naming 'Tea'. Quite energetic and relaxed while managing all the members, giving value to each of us and helping us all the way along.

We had an amazing experience on our half-day city tour in Hanoi, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, Zack. From pickup to drop-off, he was incredibly approachable, friendly, and attentive. He made the whole tour fun and easy to enjoy, and he was always checking in to make sure everyone was comfortable. Zack is very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to history. He explained everything clearly and with genuine passion, which made each stop more meaningful. Beyond the tour itself, he also took the time to recommend great souvenir shops and local food places, which we truly appreciated. What stood out the most was how much he cared about the welfare of his guests—it felt safe (thanks to our tour driver!), well-organized, and thoughtfully handled from start to finish. If I could give him a hundred stars, I would! This was a truly remarkable experience, and we would absolutely do it again when our family returns to Vietnam.

Had an incredible experience of Ha Long Bay with Doris Cruise! We’ll worth the tour package from pick up at hotel in Hanoi to drop off after an unforgettable 24 hours with the crew members. The lead concierge Ashley was so sweet and spoke English so well to make sure we understood what to expect. She was very attentive to all the guests. Our server Rum was so thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed when ever we needed. The set dinner menu was amazing. I was full by the 5th dish but did managed to get the dessert (7th). All the crew members were all so friendly. I had a chance to practice my Vietnamese with Ashley, Rum and Emily. Doris, you have an amazing team! Cam on (thank you) for an incredible 2 days trip. Our room with our private patio at the stern in 301 was a great surprise-a definitely Wow! We would choose you again for a longer cruise in Ha Long Bay. Everyone we talked to was also very impressed with you attention to details. Everything was spotlessly clean!

Our 1-day cruise with Sea Lion was an absolutely wonderful experience. Everything was perfectly organised, and the activities flowed seamlessly. We had an amazing time. Our tour guide, Max, was exceptional—polite, kind, and attentive. He ensured everyone was well-informed about the itinerary and shared interesting historical insights about each place we visited. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi!

Unlike other tours that direct you to Tuan Chau International Marina, Google Maps accurately guides you directly to the boat boarding location, so you can take a taxi straight to the place in the first photo. Upon arrival, the reception confirms your reservation and you board. From welcoming guests to explaining the itinerary, having lunch, riding a bamboo boat to explore the cave, and kayaking and swimming before returning for tea time, everything was great. The lunch buffet food and drinks all suited my taste, and everyone at the reception was friendly. Thanks to them, I had a really good time. Thank you.

the stops at souvenirs shop during the transfer to and from Hanoi are awkward and could have been skipped. The junior suite that we stayed in is lovely but housekeeping need to be improved. Water heater's cable was broken, shower water heater only gave hot water, dust spotted everywhere. Room 301 has lovely balcony but it was located at the back of the boat, so gasoline smell can be overwhelming.
