This time the room was really nice, very clean, and it was my first time staying on such a high floor 😊 I really enjoyed the view and the room type. Hopefully next time you can arrange a similar floor and room type for me again.
The only small issue was the hair dryer — it seems quite old and sometimes not working properly. It would be great if the hotel could consider upgrading it. Overall, still had a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

The hotel’s location is excellent! Just a 7-minute drive from Ipoh Parade and very close to the city centre. If you’re driving, the complimentary parking is a huge plus. The staff were polite, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business travellers and tourists visiting Ipoh. Recommend to book through Klook as the rates are the cheapest compared to other platforms.

Hotel service and reception are top notch! Breakfast is delicious. Room is spacious and clean. Only cons is the swimming pool is quite small for adults but good size for kids.
