This day trip was definitely worth it. Our tour guide, Bob, is Korean and speaks excellent Chinese, so communication was no problem. He was very dedicated to teaching us how to ski. Remember to bring cash, as the ski rental shop charges a 10% service fee for credit card payments!

Our group of four had an amazing day visiting Nami Island, Alpaca World, and the Railbike Park — and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, Ms Sally Park. Even before the tour, Ms Sally messaged to remind us of the meeting point and patiently answered my questions. On the day itself, she sent another early reminder and clearly explained the itinerary on the bus so we knew what to expect at every stop. She checked on us throughout the trip, gave great tips on what food to try and what to order, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Ms Sally is attentive, respectful, funny, and genuinely caring. She made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable for our group. You're in best hands w/ Ms Sally Park! Highly recommended.

This tour was one of the highlights of my trip to Korea! I especially enjoyed visiting Nami Island and Alpaca World. Nami Island was absolutely beautiful and felt like walking through a K drama scene, while Alpaca World was such a fun and unique experience. The alpacas were incredibly cute! I would also like to commend our tour guide and driver Mr. Bruce who did an excellent job throughout the trip. He was extremely nice, friendly, and very accommodating to everyone. He made sure we were comfortable, safe, and enjoying every stop of the tour. His positive attitude really made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a very well organized and memorable tour. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Korea! 🥰🫰🏻🇰🇷

Today's guide, Shana, was absolutely wonderful! She has such a calm and caring presence that made the whole tour feel relaxed and personal. As a tri-lingual speaker fluent in English, Chinese, and Korean, she brought so much depth to the experience. She explained that Korean is a phonetic language, spoken Korean is directly based on the written characters. This made the logic behind Korean so much clearer! I also learned basic daily greetings - annyeonghaseyo (hello), kamsahamnida (thank you)—practical and helpful. Shana shared fascinating insights about Gangwon Province, from its stunning landscapes to unique mountain village traditions. She spoke articulately in both English and Chinese, always with warmth and patience. We ended the tour at the Garden of Morning Calm Light Festival in the crispy cold evening, warmed up with a cup of Hangang instant noodles. Well done 仙姬👍

Title: Amazing winter tour experience Review: We really enjoyed this tour in South Korea. The itinerary was great and the places we visited were beautiful. One of the highlights for me was visiting Alpaca World. It was such a fun and unique experience. The rail bike ride at Gangchon Rail Park was also very enjoyable and definitely one of the highlights of the tour. Of course, visiting Nami Island was very special. Even though there was no snow during our visit, it was still winter and very cold, but the place still had that beautiful K-drama atmosphere that made it feel magical. Our tour guide, Martin, was very professional and helpful throughout the trip. He made the experience smooth and enjoyable for everyone. Thank you, Martin, for a wonderful tour. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting South Korea.
