We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the staff at Sherwood Residence for their excellent service during our stay. They were consistently attentive, friendly, and ever willing to help. A special mention goes to their support at the entertainment room when we wanted to play PS — everything was handled smoothly, making the experience so enjoyable for us. Their dedication and warm hospitality truly made our stay a memorable one.

hotel location: is good walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants
transport access: grab was easy and fast since it’s in the city
cleanliness: staff was friendly and helpful with our luggage especially when we asked for room service

satisfied guest. the only problem we encounter is that we book and paid deluxe room but unfortunately they gave us regular room. The staff told us that many guest encountered same case like us.

The hotel room is a bit old but clean and quiet. The breakfast is quite delicious and has many choices. If you are on a short business trip, you can consider staying here. It is close to the center so it is convenient to travel.

This is my second time to stay here and I had a good experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciated the varied breakfast selection.
