Hobbiton Movie Set tours

I made a reservation in advance and reported to the counter with my mobile phone voucher. During the pick-up process, a short video will be played, giving you a welcoming feeling and a sense of excitement that a fantasy world is about to come! The tour guide will lead you to visit the park. Be sure to follow along. Don't stay or wander around at will. Take your time to enjoy the scenery or take photos. If you miss it, you will never look back. The tour guide is all in English, so it doesn’t matter if you don’t understand the introduction, you can still have a lot of fun! The tour guide will also help take photos! The last stop was the pub, where everyone could choose a free drink. I chose the only ginger ale without alcohol. It was a big cup, delicious and filling! I really wanted to sit by the stove and stay for an hour or two, but unfortunately it was only a few minutes (maybe half an hour, or even shorter, I kind of forgot). Free drinks and self-brewed coffee are available. When leaving the park, everyone received a shaped cup as a souvenir. ps: Before entering the park, the tour guide asked if there was anyone who didn’t know why they were standing here. I wanted to raise my hand because I had never even read the relevant movie books. When I originally arranged the itinerary, I even wanted to save some travel expenses. Skip this man-made attraction, but it’s a good thing! The natural scenery is beautiful, and the architectural furnishings and various objects are exquisitely made, as if they were made entirely from nature! Of course, we also take great care in maintaining it! Well worth a visit!

The hobbiton tour was really fun! really glad that this package includes transport from our accommodation to the set as it was really far. our driver was really friendly too!

A group of about 10-11 people directly pick up and drop off at the house is very convenient. The driving time is relatively long. The round trip is about 5-6 hours. The friends on the bus are full of long feet. It will be more difficult. The tour along the road and the Habib village are Chinese. If English is not good, this is a good choice.

This tour was incredibly well organised and the small group size made the experience feel personal and relaxed. Hobbiton was absolutely magical — beautifully maintained and even better in person. Waitomo Glowworm Caves were breathtaking and unlike anything I’ve seen before. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared great insights throughout the day. Transport was comfortable and everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a memorable and stress-free experience!

Such a fun day! Shout out to Todd! He was the best bus driver I’ve ever had. He is so funny and had great commentary. The glow worm caves were beautiful and Hobbiton was my childhood dream come true. This was a great day!

My boyfriend and I specifically dressed in pink; he was like Galadriel, and I was like Legolas. He took an insane amount of photos, and I, who generally dislike tours, broke away from him and explored everything on my own. Thank you. During the tour, we learned a useful phrase in Chinese: "Can I have more free beer?"
