It is a very beautiful spa place. The place is clean and calming. The reception staffs were friendly and my therapist Tuptim was very polite and skilled in Thai massage. The way she handled my foot bath and slippers is really menticulous. One can easily relax here. It has been awhile since I did a Thai massage so I was afraid that I cannot handle the pressure at first but it turns out really great! Highly recommended if one is in Chiangmai.

My friends and I spontaneously decided we wanted to try a Thai massage. We booked an appointment for 5:30 PM, and the taxi dropped us right at the entrance. Even though we arrived an hour early at 4:30 PM, they were able to accommodate us. Each person had their own private room, which offered excellent privacy, and the massage technique was very comfortable and relaxing. 👏

For a 38-year-old body doing medium to high-intensity labor, this is the only recommended treatment. The four-hand massage is the best massage I've ever had, much more comfortable than essential oils or hot stones. With four hands, it truly combines blissful comfort with pain relief – a very satisfying service. It's very close to Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center, located in Nimman One within the Nimman area. There are many packages to choose from, depending on your needs. I recommend booking 1-2 days in advance via Klook, as it will be cheaper. However, same-day use is not possible; you need to book at least 24 hours in advance. You can also book via email. The business opens at 10:00 AM. I had a 10:00 AM appointment, and at 9:50 AM, seeing the lights on inside, I went in early. After confirming my Klook voucher, they offered tea, a cold towel, and asked me to change my shoes. Then, they provided a tablet where I could specify areas needing extra attention (5 areas; I chose my lower back, neck, left and right calves, and back) and areas to avoid. The interface is in Chinese, which I found very thoughtful. After the massage, they offered a snack: mango sticky rice with a dropper of coconut milk, allowing you to adjust the sweetness to your liking.

The shop is located at Nimman One, and you can walk directly to it from the second floor of the shopping mall. The massage therapists' technique and pressure are suitable for those who prefer a gentle touch. The restroom is shared with the mall outside. The environment is clean, elegant, and quiet. For the tranquil head massage, coconut oil is used. If you have other plans afterward, we don't recommend this option because the shampoo in the shower doesn't rinse out completely.😀

Every experience at Let's Relax is consistently satisfying. This time, I couldn't book through KLOOK, but luckily, I was able to reserve our desired time at the front desk of the branch. That's great!

Already back here 2 times and will keep coming back! Their deep tissue massage was really amazing, strong pressured, highly skilled, and professional (2 different therapist but was same techniques and structurer). I do Muay Thai and already tried 3 other massage places in Chiang Mai, but this one so far still my favorite and all I need. They will fix your knots, targeted your muscles and cracked your back in the end, amazing!! 😭 Please don’t forget tip your therapist, it will mean a lot for them 🩷
