Great ice valley and skiing trip with awesome tour guide and ski & snowboard instructors. Convenient pick-up points and transportation. Will definitely choose again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Josh, our tour guide is wonderful. traveling with small kids is not easy, especially joining group tours. He explained everything clearly, and set expectations, so we know where to go and what we need to do. book this tour, we highly recommend it!

It was a great day of fun from start to finish! Transport was on time and it was clean & comfortable. Our guide, Aiden, was friendly and welcoming. Strawberry picking was really calm & relaxing and we were lucky to be the only group there. Guide Aiden briefed us on how to pick the strawberries and it was free & easy thereafter. Then, we were brought indoors to eat our strawberries and try some homemade strawberry jam, which was really delicious and we bought some:) Then, our guide drove us to Snowy Land. He made sure we had the right gears on, got our tickets, directed us to the entrance and it was free & easy time! Before entering, there is a good variety of food & other activities to play as well. In Snowy Land itself, there’s a good amount of sledding area and space to play with snow! There’s also a rest area to chill with small food items available. Once done, he came to pick us up. Journey back was smooth and relaxing! Thank you for bringing us safely from place to place:)

Angel David is a great tourist guide. I was touched by his story why he decided to have the job. You really made our experience memorable and fun. Love the strawberry 🍓 picking the best! The owners are very generous, they let us pick more than what's allowed so that we can eat it some at the farm.

The whole package was worth the money. Totally recommend this trip. Special thanks to our tour guide 'K' for getting our coat back. the stay was excellent too. The stay was so comfortable that we wished that we had stayed longer

Been to Seoul many times but this is my 1st time booked my ski trip through KLOOK. Decided to buy the full package that include 1 night stay. It's my best choice ever, we really enjoy the whole trip from tour guide, transportation, hotel.. Tour guide was very attentive and helpful, she speaks fluent Chinese & english so no problem for communication. The arrangement of picking up ski clothing n equipment was very organised and we even got a handsome ski coach! They have plenty of restaurants and cafe at Vivaldi Resort. We got a beautiful ski resort.view from our room! The snowy land is a must to visit as we enjoy all the ski slides so much! It's Highly recommended to get this package especially for 1st time to ski resort.

Second visit to this ski resort. The whole process is seamless. Hop on thw bus at the pick up point, select ski attire, reach the resort within 2.5 hrs. Package inclusives transport, ski attire and equipment, room stay for 2 nights, snowyland and ski/snowbording pass. No trainer though. Staff are very professional.
