We recently completed a private tour for Hangzhou, Suzhou and Beijing and would highly recommend booking with Klook. It was seamless from planning to execution. Special thanks to Lara who managed our entire itinerary. She sent us daily updates of our itinerary for the next day, including temperature and what to wear, and started a WeChat group with all the guides and drivers so that we could communicate directly. The hotels that they booked for us exceeded expectations and were better than the ones we booked ourselves.

Our guide Xiaofang is very good. We know beforehand this is a Chinese-speaking tour (we can’t speak Chinese), but she tried to explain to us in english, and took a very good care of us. Overall the itinerary and hotel was also good. Would recommend this to people who go to Shanghai!

The tour group was well arranged, and there was no need to worry about food, clothing, housing and transportation. Tour guide Yang was professional and dedicated, and his explanations were lively and humorous, with knowledge and laughter flying together, making the journey particularly fulfilling and enjoyable.

My tour guide is Jane and I have to say, she is an excellent guide! her English is one of the better guide i got during my trip to Beijing. she is knowledgeable and provide everyone the best recommendations. highly recommend this tour as seeing the night view is truly an once in a life time opportunity!

This was my first trip to Chongqing with my family, and we chose the one-day tour to Wulong. Our driver, Master Zhang, provided excellent service—he is a local Chongqing resident with great driving skills, very punctual and patient. He also proactively shared interesting local knowledge about Chongqing with us, and we had a very pleasant time together. The scenery in Wulong is truly stunning. The Three Natural Bridges are magnificent and definitely worth visiting; the natural landscape is breathtaking. We had a wonderful and comfortable trip. I will highly recommend this tour route to friends coming to Chongqing in the future.

Great day tour, group size was not too large, and the itinerary was well planned and paced. Tour guide Mendy was friendly and tended to our needs. Inside the mausoleum, we had another professional museum guide join to give us even more details of the archeological site. Lunch was at a decent dumpling restaurant with a nice spread of food.

I came to China for a trip alone. I signed up for this small group. I think it will be easier to make friends from all over the world with everyone. I have been to more than 100 countries. I think China's service and scenery are the most beautiful. They will contact you in advance to arrange everything. If there is any problem on the way, they will solve it for you in time. My tour guide will also help me take photos all the time. It makes me feel very comfortable. He left a lot of photos for me. This time, I'm worried that it's not good for me to travel alone to take photos, but my tour guide is very careful. I will always recommend this travel agency to my friends. Tour guide: When planning the trip, I inquired with several travel companies, specifically asking if they had female guides. Klook recommended Sister Mei to us, saying that customers who had been with her thought she was exceptionally good. So, after comparing several options, we embarked on a five-day, four-night journey with Sister Mei as our driver. Unexpectedly, Sister Mei turned out to be a fantastic guide – patient, meticulous, conscientious, and responsible. She took everyone's feelings into account and took care of us without us having to say much. Sister Mei thoughtfully prepared fruits, snacks, and local delicacies for us. She never rushed us, cared about whether we were warm enough, and demonstrated excellent driving skills on difficult roads. I knew choosing a female driver and female guide wouldn't be a mistake!
