One Pillar Pagoda tours

We had an amazing experience on our half-day city tour in Hanoi, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, Zack. From pickup to drop-off, he was incredibly approachable, friendly, and attentive. He made the whole tour fun and easy to enjoy, and he was always checking in to make sure everyone was comfortable. Zack is very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to history. He explained everything clearly and with genuine passion, which made each stop more meaningful. Beyond the tour itself, he also took the time to recommend great souvenir shops and local food places, which we truly appreciated. What stood out the most was how much he cared about the welfare of his guests—it felt safe (thanks to our tour driver!), well-organized, and thoughtfully handled from start to finish. If I could give him a hundred stars, I would! This was a truly remarkable experience, and we would absolutely do it again when our family returns to Vietnam.

The tour was really great. Packed, but reasonably paced and really gives you a more detailed view of Hanoi’s historical background. Mr. Son was a really nice (and funny!) tour guide as well and I enjoyed his company as much as the other wonderful people in our group. Great experience! Our tour guide Kien was very informative and entertaining. Water was provided which is good since only a few establishments had free drinking water. The bus was comfortable and secure. We were able to leave our valuables in the bus/van while going through the tour.

I was planning to sightsee on my own, but I'm so glad I chose this tour. On the day of the tour, it ended up being just the two of us in a taxi. Our guide, Sue, was very informative and helpful, and we learned a lot about history. We also went to a slightly upscale souvenir shop, but we also went to a local supermarket, which was cheaper and where we bought a lot more. I was very satisfied that she took us to the Michelin-recommended pho restaurant that I wanted to go to. She also booked a recommended massage parlor for us, which was a great help.

The tour guide Jaden speak fluent English, easygoing with knowledge about every sites and easy to understand. the operator Kaylee is fast responding with useful information and note for everything before the day.

I was very happy to participate in this Hanoi motorbike tour. At first, I was a little worried about safety, but after the whole trip, I realized that it was completely unnecessary. Our guides, Walter and Oliver, not only had solid driving skills, but they were also very enthusiastic and willing to adjust the itinerary according to our needs. This trip included several important attractions in Hanoi, covering religion, history, and culture. They spoke fluent English, and at each attraction, they would carefully explain and introduce it, and constantly interact with us, allowing us to have a deeper understanding of the local customs and culture. The whole journey was full of surprises and fun. The trip also included dry mixed pho and spring rolls, which were also good. The only regret is that time passed too quickly. Just when I was still enjoying it, the trip was coming to an end. If I have the opportunity to come to Hanoi again in the future, I will definitely participate in the motorbike tour again, and I hope that there will be more routes to choose from then.
