Traveling to another country can be stressful. Thankfully we booked this trip and were connect with Irene who arranged everything. She made sure we were taken care of from start to end by picking us up from the hotel or train station to even making sure we were on the correct train and in the correct seats. She also arranged for two additional English Speaking tour guides that were very knowledge of the areas we visited. Through out the trip she made sure we were comfortable and made adjustments based on our needs and interests. My husband and I most enjoyed going to their favorite coffee shops or restaurants that were not typical tourist spots. I highly recommend taking the stress out of traveling by booking this trip.

It is very convenient to have this card. Highly recommended for any tourist in South Korea. You can download the app to monitor your funds. Easy to recharge, there are a lot of machines for anyone to charge their cards.

Easy to use, no ticket checker at the KTX station, just need to find your train platform on the digital boards when you get there to figure out which platform to go to get on the train. Usually only shows up 10-15 min before train departure time. KTX station staff confirmed we were ok to board the train with the voucher that Klook sends of our seats from the KTX website as we were unable to use our foreign credit cards on the official KTX site.

Overall, Klook Korail Pass is very user-friendly. Once purchased, you will receive a voucher that you can use to redeem and book the train ticket on the Korail website, which is very easy. Additionally, you can choose your seat in advance.

Traveling from Busan to Fukuoka overnight is a fantastic way to save time, though it's not recommended if you're prone to seasickness. We opted for the most expensive "Special Room" cabin, which had its own bathroom and balcony (though you can't go out on the balcony while the ship is leaving port). The space was very comfortable, with a small area to spread out luggage. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and good water pressure, and the hairdryer worked quickly! You don't need to arrive at Busan Port too early. Check-in for your ferry ticket is before 6:30 PM local time, and customs closes at 7:30 PM local time, so just make sure to go through customs before then. There's a tax refund counter to the left before baggage inspection when entering customs. Boarding begins from 7:40 PM to 8:00 PM. Passengers usually line up their luggage to reserve their spot for the ship's only elevator. There's a very long walk to the boarding entrance (similar to an airport jet bridge). The ship doesn't leave Busan Port until 10:30 PM, and the restaurant closes at 9:10 PM. The next day, disembarkation begins at 7:30 AM. If you want to disembark early, you can take your luggage to line up beforehand, but if you're on a high floor, the elevator won't be available (it starts at 7:30 AM), so you'll need to carry your luggage down the stairs. Once you pass through Japanese customs, you can begin your itinerary in Fukuoka!

This was my second time booking with the same company for a return transfer from our hotel to Busan KTX Station, after a smooth and comfortable first ride from the station to the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised and glad to see that our driver was once again Mr. Lee JaeYoung. Just like the first time, Mr. Lee was punctual and courteous. He met us right at our hotel entrance and was quick to assist with loading our three large suitcases into the vehicle. His consistent professionalism and helpful demeanor made the entire experience just as enjoyable as our first ride. I’m thankful for the excellent service and would gladly choose this company—and Mr. Lee—again for future travels in Busan.

The best way to travel from Osaka to Busan...thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. only downside was the pool was out of use, it woukd have been great to go for a dip in the heat!

Johnny was our private driver for this trip and he was excellent. He was punctual,polite and professional. During the drive, he would explain the places we passed and share some of his own stories which made the journey much more enjoyable. when certain attractions weren’t suitable for our baby, he thoughtfully pointed it out and suggested alternatives based on our preference. Overall, we had a great experience with Johnny and would highly recommend him

We had a great time using this taxi tour around Busan so we can go around Busan to all the places quicker. We went to Blueline Sky Park, Yonggungsa temple, Gamcheon Village and Huinnyeoul Village. The car is clean and comfortable. We had to pay extra 45000 won for parking, toll and extra time. Overall is a good tour.
