We had a great stay, making it a perfect option for stopovers or layovers. Our room was comfortable with all the essentials, and breakfast was solid. The noise level was minimal enabling us to get a goodnights rest prior to our flight, which is always helpful. The highlight, though, was the manager, Edward. He greeted us warmly and even went the extra mile by offering me coffee, eggs, and roti canai when I skipped the full buffet. For those heading to KLIA1, there’s a shuttle you can book, but if you’re going to KLIA2, it’s just a quick and easy walk through a covered underpass.

My 2nd time here. Love the serenity and tranquility of this resort ❤️ really appreciate that they prepared small birthday cake for me, such a lovely welcoming gift 🫶🏻 even though we did have some hiccups during the check in and cannot get into our room on the 2nd day (we believe they rgster our stay as 2D1N instead of 3D2N), but the staff were helpful and solved the issues promptly. Breakfast were good enough for us, and the pools definitely the highlight here. However, the toilet room needs some upgrade on the door lock and lighting. The rest were all good and we will coming back in the future 😄

Everything is perfect in the room except that it has only 1 restaurant in there. You got no choice but to ride to the airport just so you can eat good food and snacks. but overall it's good. room, facilities, staff, cleanliness, air-conditioning, it's really nice. I remember one thing, the glass window should be one way tinted. my bad also co I didn't check first that you can see through the inside. so yeah. view is good and they have shuttle service also going to airport and going back to the hotel.

it wasn't easy to find but if you keep asking you'll eventually get there. It was worth the money especially if you have long layover.

Good service, nice environment. The room ambiance is also comfortable and beautiful. Parking is easy too. Just for improvement, if possible, please consider changing the check-out time from 12:30 PM to 2 PM. It would be more efficient because, you know, sometimes many family members need time to get ready, shower, and everything takes a long time. Besides that, for shared use and to get better reviews, it would be even better to have a smart TV to watch YouTube, Netflix, etc. because most hotels already have these facilities. Your hotel is very good, that's the only thing lacking. And don't forget to add a hair dryer as well. For the rest, no comments. Everything is okay 😘 Wishing you more success in the future. I recently utilizing Klook to purchase round-trip tickets for the KLIA Express. The round-trip QR codes were promptly sent directly to my email address. Upon arrival at the KLIA Express station, all I had to do was scan the QR code at the gantries.
Once onboard, the KLIA Express truly impressed. The seats were exceptionally comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for the short journey. The entire train interior was remarkably clean and tidy. For travelers with luggage, there were plenty of dedicated racks, making it easy to store bags securely.
The journey itself was a testament to efficiency. Taking approximately 28 minutes between KLIA & KL Sentral.
I would wholeheartedly recommend the KLIA Express, especially when purchased through Klook, to anyone needing a reliable, comfortable, and swift transfer between KLIA and KL Sentral. Given this excellent experience, I will absolutely be purchasing this pass again from Klook for my future trips.
