A huge thank you to Sally for the customized itinerary recommendation! The Changbai Mountain trip left me amazed! The majestic peaks were covered in white snow, resembling a wonderland. I customized a private itinerary, from relaxing in the hot springs to snow hiking, which made for a unique experience. The local guides were professional and enthusiastic, taking us to explore hidden spots and taste authentic cuisine. The accommodation was comfortable and cozy, with attentive service. Our guide, Ji-Jie gave very good service and all the activities were completed as planned. Everything went smoothly during the tour. She always made sure everyone was okay and well taken care of. The tours went very well and were well organized.

Visited on early November, considered low season and less crowded on the attractions. Some places are still not operating but tour guide provide alternative plan for us, else refund partially to us. Free upgrade to comfortable 6 seater car and our tour guide been helping /guiding us all the time. In other terms, very flexible and accommodating our request everytime. He also a funny and cheerful guy - Mr Xue. Food is nice, service is warm, accomodation is good and convenient to many shops /eateries. Definitely recommended and they deserve 5 star rating!
