The driver, Mr. Thiaga, was very friendly. He contacted us in advance to confirm the time and itinerary, and was extremely punctual. The vehicle was in great condition, and his driving was very smooth. He thoughtfully arranged a 30-minute rest stop along the way so we could use the restroom and get some food and water, and safely dropped us off at our destination. It was a wonderful experience.

New hotel, has a gym, pool... breakfast food is tasty but if you come down late, like after 9:30, a lot of it is already gone.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful throughout the stay. The location was also very convenient. Really enjoyed staying here. The service was good, check-in was smooth, and the hotel atmosphere was relaxing. Would definitely recommend to others.

The location is strategic, right next to Mydin Mall. However, you need to clarify where the office is, as the pinned location is different from the actual office. Also, in my room (774), the sink faucet had no water, and the shower pipe was broken. This needs to be fixed for the next guest. Overall, the customer service was excellent.
