(East) Authentic Day Tour. One of the best tours I have been on. Jeju is a beautiful place enriched with culture and history, and I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the Hanyeo and Seongeup Village. There’s no denying that the experience of the guide determines the quality of the tour, and our guide Sam, was excellent. I appreciate Sam’s organisation and preparation for the tour, who contacted us the day prior to get our lunch orders, knowing it would be busy. I appreciate his transparency of the itinerary explaining clearly what the plans are for the day. Above all, I love the personal stories he shares of not only his own but also of the stories of the Hanyeo women he has met; I could sense his love for the island. I would definitely recommend Sam! A shoutout to our bus driver as well who drove smoothly and was so friendly throughout the whole day!

An Unforgettable Jeju Tour Experience The SouthWest & Hallasan tour in Jeju was absolutely amazing and very enjoyable from start to finish. Everything was well-organized, well-planned, and the tour ran perfectly on time. Our tour guide, Clara, was extremely helpful, friendly, and fun. She explained everything clearly, was always attentive to the group’s needs, and made the whole journey feel relaxed and enjoyable. The organizer accommodated our requests very well, which made the experience even more comfortable. The selected destinations truly represented the beauty and uniqueness of Jeju, especially in the southwest area and around Hallasan. We were pleasantly surprised by a bonus additional sightseeing spot that was not originally listed in the itinerary — a really nice extra touch! Overall, this tour exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience the true charm of Jeju in a smooth and enjoyable way.

We had an amazing time touring the west coast of Jeju. The views were beautiful, the stops were well chosen, and everything felt relaxed and well organized. What really made the experience special was our tour guide, Terry. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained the places clearly, shared interesting stories, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the trip. Whenever we had questions or needed help, Terry was always there with a smile. Because of him, the tour felt more personal and enjoyable, not rushed at all. Highly recommended if you want a smooth, fun, and memorable Jeju west coast experience.

Was very fortunate to have Jina for this tour. She was an absolute gem, very informative, friendly and professional and you can tell she loved her job. Despite the not so ideal weather in the morning, we carried on our tour and thankfully the rain cleared up by the time we reached Cape Seopjikoji — beautiful walk along the coastal cliffs even if it was super windy. The climb up Seongsan was very challenging and unexpected, we weren’t prepared to climb that many stairs that day haha, but very rewarding when we reached the top and saw the view. I was very intrigued by Jeju’s history with the Haenyeo Divers, especially from the way Jina told the story — It was a shame that we weren’t able to watch the Haenyeo Divers in action.

We highly recommend booking this tour for its convenient transportation and the enriching experience provided by a knowledgeable guide. Our guide, Steven Yanagi, was multilingual, exceptionally professional, and shared fascinating insights about Jeju Island throughout the journey. The tour schedule was well-organized, allowing us to make the most of our time and enjoy each destination without feeling rushed. But just on the tea museum, I think extra activity would be nice, like a simple demonstration of the tea-making process or something like that. But overall, everything else is excellent.

Our visit to 9.81 Park was the exhilarating highlight of our Jeju trip. This adventure park truly lives up to its name, offering a gravity-defying array of fun and thrilling activities for all interests. While it was hard to choose, the outdoor go-kart experience stood out as our absolute favorite. It was the perfect blend of excitement and accessibility—completely safe and manageable for first-time visitors like us, yet incredibly fun. Driving the course while surrounded by Jeju's breathtaking scenic views was unforgettable. The park's overall organization and the variety of options ensure there's something for everyone. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend 9.81 Park to anyone looking for an active and memorable day on Jeju Island.

My cooking class at Toto Atelier was amazing. I made a tangerine meringue pie with freshly picked Jeju tangerines, and the whole experience felt straight out of a K-drama—calm, beautiful, and so fun. The staff were warm and attentive, and the onsite photographer captured stunning photos that made the experience even more special. Everything was just right. Highly recommend!
