the process is very easy, there are a lot of employees from southwest outside the airport and in the station 2. Its very convenient to use this for tranfer. I always use this every time I go to Boracay.

It was pouring rain that day, and we were so afraid of missing it. We walked outside to wait and saw a staff member rushing into the hotel to look for people. They were really enthusiastic. Everything went smoothly to the airport, with guidance throughout the process. It is really worth recommending.

Our first travel to Boracay proved to be so relaxing partly because of HOHO buses. You dont have to worry on haggling with e-trikes to & from destinations. It has so many stops that if you're tired of walking, you can just ride even if its on the next stop. The onky cons that I can see is that sometimes you have to wait for a long time before the next bus. but I guess its okay, because they provide sort of real-time tracker of the buses.
