comfy beds and good housekeeping. free parking was a plus. professional staff, although was disappointed that there wasnt a river view even though it was so close to the river bed

Great rooms with complete stuff. Police sirens/ambulance were just so prevalent at night. But overall our stay was great and my kids enjoyed the hot pool.

My family and I love the tour in overall. our tour guide, she was so professional and friendly (8:10 am 7/12). we are blessed with the good nice weather. i recommend to go in the morning, as it’s not that hot during summer.

A steep price to pay, but it was a good experience. We made lots of stops, maybe around five. We saw geothermal mud pools, saw the Lady Knox Geyser eruption, explored Thermal Wonderland, visited the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest, saw a stream with blue water (don’t know the name), and made a pitstop at the animal-shaped buildings in Tirau. The guide drove nicely and was helpful.
