It is only good for one night, I wouldn’t stay more days because it is extremely uncomfortable all the amenities

The pod was just fine and clean enough. The property, however, was FAR too crowded to accomplish even the basics--packing, eating, etc. required a ton of effort and maneuvering. There weren't any benches in the locker rooms and only one person could fit down an aisle of 20 or so lockers at once. There is one slow elevator for ten floors. Check-in takes forever on the screen with a ton of unnecessary questions and faulty scanners. FYI, the property doesn't offer ANY luggage storage (even short term if your flight leaves that day), so you have to haul to station lockers about ten minutes away. Combined, this creates a convenient and affordable sleep-over if you're in Tokyo without much luggage, but a really terrible option at the beginning or end of your trip.

Great location, easy to access, and clean

This was an excellent option for one night in Tokyo. The location was excellent, close to a few subway stops and lots of attractions. I was super curious about the pods and whether it would be hard to sleep. I had no issues, however; and slept like a rock. It wouldn’t be a good option if you want to sleep in, though. The provided luggage lockers were roomy, though wouldn’t fit the largest checked bags. I was very happy with the shower. I’d stay here again.

The capsules are spacious, and the building is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The capsules are not soundproof, but any noise I experienced could be easily blocked out with earplugs. My only negative is having to leave the hotel between 11 am and 4 pm for cleaning. Guests are allowed to use the lounge during this time, but after long walks, sometimes a good midday nap is really needed.

Great location

My first pod/capsule experience! Super comfy, surprisingly spacious. You get a locker on the first floor and have to keep your luggage down there, but they provide a bag with pyjamas, slippers, towels and toiletries. So just put the things you need into that! You can come and go as you please. Would stay again!

Difficult check in process for a group of 4. The front desk person was being very difficult and would not assist and kept confusing the process. Showers are on a separate floor from capsules. There is no space to open suitcase in lockers and with multiple people in the same aisle it is stressful to get ready in the morning. The lockers are too small and the curtain for the pods are terrible. Did not feel secure at all.

It’s better looking in the pictures- great for instagram etc, but the actual facility is more dingy. Lockers are too small for most suitcases- people leave suitcases everywhere - shower is nice and good size- great solace- pod is also good and I felt comfy, but the ladders felt so unsafe to go up n down carrying things with me- lounge is nice, great view of the city- lots of thoughtful configurations- study/ work areas, reclining chair, chargers a plenty, good WiFi speed- I did sleep study pod out of curiosity, but it was making some machine sound- subtle but noticeable even with earplugs- we’ll see if it helps anything- lol There was one staff girl working so much and I felt bad for her- trash was overflowing, shower water was seeping towards locker and I felt eneasy about leaving my suitcase- on and on.., I appreciate the concept, lots of innovative things- needs improvements- but for the price and the location, it’s hard to beat and it was worth trying for one night for the heck of it- I will though prefer a hotel room even if I paid a bit extra… it was a lot of work figuring out logistics of what to leave in locker, what to take to the pods, etc etc. While there were hardly any space for people to rearrange the suitcase in the crowded locker/ shower area… It did give me free breakfast at nearby cafe- lots of pluses n minuses. Hope it improves!
