Everything was terrible, the bathroom was horrible, the room was so small, no closet, the towels looked dirty, it was the worse place ever. I will never use Expedia again! We got a beautiful hotel closer to the centre and for less money. My husband found it , I couldn’t stay in that hotel, it was horrible

Acudi al hotel y no habia nadie que atendiera, por vía llamada telefonica querian que proporcionara datos de mi tarjeta para realizarme el conro, situacion que me dio desconfianza, en tal virtud la persona que me ayendio me dijo que me ayudaria con la cancelación para que no tuviera desconfianza, sin embargo no lo hizo.

The property was hard to find at first because the entrance is down an alley. At night they have a chain and lock for the main door. I can understand the need for safety but if there is a fire, this is the only exit for the property.
The room was very comfortable. Upon arrival there was a plate of fresh fruit waiting for us. Very nice! There were 2 double beds which helped. The bathroom sink was unique in the fact it was a pedestal with a very small bowl. The shower was wonderful. The showerhead was very high so that any tall person would fit under it. The one thing we missed was having a small frig for our beverages.
All in all we enjoyed our stay there.

First we didn’t get the room we paid for, then we couldn’t sleep because an alarm was going on all night and nobody was on the property to figure out, next day they changed the room for the correct one but with the surprise that we didn’t have hot water and had to shower at 6:00 am with cold water because again nobody was there and nobody responded my messages! Cute place but they don’t have the most basic for guests like good communication care and hot water! No recomendable.

Welcoming helpful staff.
Communication online and pre registration requirements were confusing and unecessarily complicated.

Lamentablemente me tocó una habitación sin ventilación ni ventanas…muy encerrada. Servicio muy bien, el lugar tampoco está muy bien.

Staff was great and very helpful. They were kind enough to upgrade our room to a slightly bigger room at no cost, however rooms need some updating.
