We had an amazing stay! It was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The perks of the free snacks, sandwiches, coffee, water, free breakfast that’s just hard to beat. The location is also amazing. It’s right in the heart of a lot of different neighborhoods. It was especially amazing to walk to the Zocalo to watch the World Cup games. Unforgettable experience and an unforgettable stay! The staff at the café bar are amazing very friendly and on point every single time.

Overall atmosphere of the hotel was totally unexpected in a great way and comfortable in its own way. Staff was always warm and welcoming each time when walking in through door. Food and coffee was delicious and the location is fantastic for any taco lover. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again when I’m looking to stay in the center.

The bathroom mirror remained fogged for a long time because the exhaust fan did not seem to work effectively. There were also no mirrors outside of the bathroom, so getting ready in the bedroom was inconvenient. In addition, there was no room service menu available in the room. When I called to place an order, the staff member seemed bothered that I didn't know what was available. I explained that there wasn't a menu in the room, so I had no way of knowing the options. I would have appreciated a more helpful and understanding response.

This is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at! It’s super cute, the room is a good size, the water pressure was perfect, the shampoo /conditioner/body wash smelled great, the included breakfast was sooooo good, location is so nice a lot it a short walk to the Palacio de Bella’s artes and the Zócalo, also very close to the good churros and a Michelin star taco spot, omg delicious, ALSO they have a coffee shop at the front with everything you might want to drink/eat included with the stay! I love this place very much, will be back. The staff is so so very nice.

We love the hotel staff. Eric, Hanna, Annel, Isabela, Ricardo. From the Deli and SR. Armando and Sr. Unlices bellman’s were wonderful. It was a great stay.

This hotel was better than we expected! The description states breakfast included but its not just any breakfast. Its breakfast to order, a basket of pan dulce to choose from, custom coffee orders (get the cafe de olla). We loved the sit down breakfast every morning, service was great, as soon as you sit down they offer you a small bowl of yogurt and fruit. Also the cafe is open 24 hours and a lot of the small bites, drinks, beer is included! Water bottle fridges on each floor for your convenience. Not to mention the hotel is located within walking distance to everything in el centro. Ubers are super easy to get as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel is awesome. We were fully satisfied with this stay. Room was confortable and food exquisite. Location is excellent so we were at a walking distance to many beautiful places. Special recognition to cafe and restaurant staff. For sure we will come back to feel welcome again by the front desk and conserge who were also very helpful and friendly.
