Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely and we slept very well. Gorgeous ambiance. We especially loved the breakfast and watching the sunrise with complimentary coffee. An added perk was the ability to use the cabanas at Mi Amor. Would definitely stay at Mezzanine again! Concierge was great and taxis were very easy. When we come again, we will be sure to make a stop at super aki on the way in to pack additional drinks and snacks because access to convenience stores is limited as the hotel is in the national park.

Beautiful, safe, peaceful, laid back luxury! Food and drinks were top notch! Absolutely would return for a quiet getaway.

From check in to check out this was an amazing property! The most friendly staff I have ever experienced and I’ve been to over a 100 countries! Great food, great location, super chill and no kids!

The staff and location were excellent. From the concierge, Jacqueline, and the rest of the staff the service was top-notch. The restaurant was excellent, and the deck had gorgeous view. I would recommend to anybody wanting to stay at a beautiful location.

WOW! What a beautiful hotel. We booked a romantic getaway and were very pleased with the excellent care and service from the entire staff. The restaurant was phenomenal, clean, and had a great vibe with ocean views. Steps lead right to the beach. Top mentions are for Andy, Orchidea and Jacqueline. Their services and recommendations for local places to eat and visit were TOP notch! Our only complaint (very minor) is that the hotel is inside a national park which means you need 2 bracelets at all times and a valid hotel reservation to enter the park after hours (not the hotel's fault). Other than that, We will visit again and it is an excellent place to stay.

This was my second time staying at Mezzanine and I can say that I’d stay there again and again! Such a beautiful, quiet space with amazing staff. Felt so relaxed and comfortable here. You also can’t beat the view and proximity to the ocean! I’ll be back again someday.
